village is the structural element of the rural residential settlement,is the foundation of the collection and evolution of the self-built house,and is also the material carrier of the rural public activity and the local identity.This study,starting from the perspective of folklore,takes the collective memory as the starting point,uses the research results of the public theory in the field of sociology,applies the method of modern public space research,studies the type characteristics,the influencing factors and the evolution process of the public space of the village,Analysis of the relationship between the public space system of the village and the inheritance of the village culture,as well as the public space of the village and the tourism opening A conflict of interest between the two sides.In this paper,the public space of ancient villages is placed under the background of the development of tourism,and the background and significance of the research are explained,and the
