As a pillar industry for the development of the national economy,the construction industry plays a very important role in the economic construction of the country and the nation.Under the requirements of sustainable construction development,my country’s construction industry is facing many problems such as labor shortage and serious environmental pollution.It is urgent to promote the transformation and upgrading of construction industrialization.The rise of prefabricated concrete buildings marked the industrialization of my country’s construction industry.However,after several years of development,there have been frequent problems in prefabricated concrete buildings,which seriously affect the quality of prefabricated concrete buildings.The quality of prefabricated concrete buildings poses a great threat to people’s lives and safety,and is the focus of attention in today ’ s society.However,the quality management of prefabricated concrete buildings in my country is not sound enough.It is urgent to study the quality management of prefabricated concrete buildings.Ensure the quality of prefabricated concrete buildings and realize the green and healthy development of prefabricated concrete buildings.(1)This article summarizes the connotation and characteristics of prefabricated concrete buildings,clarifies the content and main body of the quality management of prefabricated concrete buildings,and clarifies that the quality management of prefabricated concrete buildings in Xuzhou area adopts a total quality theory method.(2)Through investigation and research,this article clarified the quality problems of prefabricated concrete buildings,and analyzed the reasons for the quality of prefabricated concrete buildings with the method of 4M1 E.The quality problems were divided into main quality problems,secondary quality problems and general quality problems.The three levels provide a theoretical basis for the supervision and management of the quality of prefabricated concrete buildings.The principles of quality management of prefabricated concrete buildings in Xuzhou are summarized.The quality supervision and management of prefabricated concrete buildings are studied from the design stage,production stage,construction stage,and operation stage,and the quality system and quality system of prefabricated concrete buildings in Xuzhou are summarized.The acceptance requirements are outlined in detail,and suggestions for quality supervision of prefabricated concrete buildings are given.(3)The application of BIM technology in prefabricated concrete buildings is summarized,and the characteristics of BIM technology,the feasibility of quality management in prefabricated concrete buildings and the prefabricated concrete design phase,production phase,construction phase,and operation phase are analyzed.Applying the value of BIM technology,the establishment of BIM-based quality management of prefabricated concrete buildings,and using BIM technology to analyze the quality management of prefabricated concrete buildings in the design phase,production phase,construction phase,and operation phase,and conclude that the application of BIM technology It has good application value in the quality management of prefabricated concrete buildings,and has certain significance for the realization of building industrialization,informationization and digitization.(4)Taking the science and technology building project of the Xuzhou development all-terrain crane construction project as a practical case,analyze the simulation of the design,production,construction,and operation phases of the science and technology building of the all-terrain crane construction project in Xuzhou using BIM technology.Through BIM technology analysis of project collision points,quality problem control points,site optimization,construction plan optimization,etc.,laid the foundation for the later design,production,construction,and operation,so that the Xuzhou development of the all-terrain crane construction project science and technology building was completed on schedule.Get good results.The paper has 73 pictures,9 tables,and 83 references.
