According to the overall requirements of China's social and economic development during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,the prefabricated concrete buildings that promote green and coordinated development,as an advanced construction method,have attracted more and more people's attention and respect.However,the development of China's building industrialization is still in its infancy,because the construction quality management system has not been unified,the prefabricated component design standards are not perfect,and the industry norms and assembly technology support are insufficient,which causes many problems in the construction quality of fabricated concrete buildings.As a result,the overall quality of construction is low.This paper studies the inherent complex feedback relationship between the factors affecting the quality of fabricated concrete construction,and uses the method of establishing mathematical model to directly predict the development trend of construction quality level,and dynamically guides the construction quality control of the fabricated concrete construction project to prevent quality problems,thereby improving the construction quality level of the prefabricated concrete building and ensuring the healthy development of the industrialization of the building.This paper uses expert investigation,literature research and case analysis to analyze the causes of prefabricated concrete construction quality accidents,identifies and selects the factors that affect the construction quality level.Based on systematic thinking,combined with the law of the quality problems of fabricated concrete buildings in China,this paper establishes a complex causal feedback system that affects the quality of construction,and uses the improved ISM-MICMAC model theory knowledge and methods to establish a hierarchical structure chart of the factors affecting the construction quality in line with the actual situation.This reveals the direct,indirect and root causes of the construction quality problems,and clarifies the degree of interaction between the various construction quality factors.On the basis of systematic analysis of the factors affecting the construction quality of fabricated concrete buildings,the SD model of the construction quality can be constructed by using the SD theory which can fully describe the causal feedback relationship and cumulative effect among various sub-factors in the system.Through the Vensim_PLE simulation software,simulate and predict the system quality level and subsystem level respectively;Taking the economic point of view as the starting point,taking the quality input as an example,adjusting the quality input quota,simulating the correlation between the quality input and the system construction quality level,and taking the assembly technology subsystem as an example,finding the actual action rate of each factor in the subsystem,providing a scientific reference for improving the quality of prefabricated concrete construction.
