Abstract/Summary:
With China’s demographic dividend gradually disappearing and strengthening environmental protection,prefabricated buildings have become a hot spot in the construction industry.The government has introduced a large number of policies for the implementation of prefabricated buildings;domestic construction and design institutes have also begun to explore prefabricated buildings;the academic community has also conducted extensive research on prefabricated buildings.With the development of technology,especially the information technology,there have been new solutions to architectural quality problems have been developed.Building Information Modeling(BIM),a new information technology,is widely used at home and abroad,which provides new ideas for solving prefabricated building quality problem.This article focuses on the construction quality of prefabricated buildings and statistics on the construction quality of prefabricated construction projects in cities of Jinan,Qingdao and Jining in Shandong province.The Pareto chart method was used to find the main construction quality problems of the prefabricated buildings,and the fishbone diagram method was used to analyze the construction quality problems of the prefabricated construction projects from the aspects of man,machine,material,method,and envrionments,looking for the reasons that affect the quality of prefabricated construction.The questionnaire survey method is used to make statistics on the causes of construction quality and possible control measures,and then to explore the main reasons and countermeasures of construction quality problems in prefabricated buildings.Based on the research on the construction quality of BIM technology and prefabricated construction,the construction quality control scheme of prefabricated construction project based on BIM has been proposed and applied in the actual project.The prefabricatedconstruction quality control is divided into pre-event,intra-event and post-event quality control: Establish the BIM model before construction to detect the installation and overlap of prefabricated components in advance through collision detection and select a reasonable construction plan through construction simulation;During the process of construction,the quality of the prefabricated components and the construction quality of the process are controlled;The post-event quality control is to inspect the construction quality information contained in the BIM model,finding the missing quality problems and analyzing the construction quality problems recorded by the BIM model,which could provide reference for the future construction quality control.The actual results show that the application of BIM technology in advance of construction could find possible quality problems during the construction process.Through construction simulation,the layout of construction machinery and process overlap are more reasonable;During the construction process,the BIM technology was used to improve the efficiency of technical disclosure,and the quality control of prefabricated components and construction processes was realized,which reduced the quality problems in the construction process.The summary of post-event quality control provides experience for future project quality control.
