Study On The Social Security Rights And Interests Of Migrant Workers In The Construction Field In Gaomi

With the continuous development of urban transportation,the real estate industry in Gaomi has ushered in new opportunities,attracting a large number of migrant workers from the surrounding areas to work in Gaomi.While the construction industry in Gaomi City has developed,a series of social disputes have also been triggered due to labor disputes among migrant workers,which in turn affects the image of Gaomi City Government.The legitimate interests of migrant workers are not guaranteed,and there are many problems in the employment environment,labor protection,work-related injury insurance,and social assistance.In particular,the migrant worker group has always been in a weak position due to information asymmetry and other reasons in the process of work-related injury insurance accountability.Under the current situation,migrant workers want to protect their legitimate rights and interests from infringement,and social rights protection has become the mainstream way for migrant workers to protect their rights.Increasing the institutional regulations for migrant workers’ work injury insurance,social assistance,and subsidies for special types of work is also an important way for migrant workers to protect their social security rights and interests.In the research process of this article,a variety of mainstream research methods such as literature analysis method and survey questionnaire method are comprehensively cited,combined with the theory of government regulation and government collaborative governance,and the current domestically applicable social security system for migrant workers’ social security rights is first analyzed.Analyze related theories at the level of public management,law and construction;secondly,analyze specific issues,study the current status of migrant workers’ social security rights in the construction industry in Gaomi City and the corresponding implementation status of social rights security,point out the current problems and proceed with the reasons Analysis;Finally,combining the previous theories and the actual situation of the social security rights and interests of migrant workers in the construction industry in Gaomi City,we put forward a more targeted social rights security assistance system and suggestions,in order to help the migrant workers in Gaomi City through legal channels Let your rights and interests be more effectively protected.
