| In the construction of underground engineering,constructors are highly active,who play a significant role in the entire process of the project.The constructors’ efficient constructing not only can improve the efficiency itself but also,more importantly,contribute to improving the project quality,in order to boost the rapid development of construction unit.Construction unit is the main executive body of the underground engineering project in our country.With the rapid evolution of this industry,problems like the adaptability of related safety management regulation are coming out.Since reforming and opening up,corresponding regulations are systematizing and completing continuously.Whether the optimized regulations have different impacts on people who are restricted to them is a question to be discussed.The full article uses Line 1 of Lanzhou Rail Transit as an example,illustrates and analyzes seventeen constructors’ regulations including safe training management regulation,safe technical management regulation,and safe production inspection regulation and safe achievement assessing regulation,gains practical situations through the investigation and research of those regulations.Among them,in the part of safe training management regulation,it has 94.12%of construction units have participated the training program;most of the forms are PowerPoint,videos and photo displays.In the part of safe technical management regulation,it is clearly regulated by each district of the project,and executive performed by constructors.For safe production inspection regulation,Over 95%construction units have organized intensive inspection,apart from this;project department also assigns internal employees to inspect the safe production inspection.Thirdly,in the part of safe achievement assessment regulation,it is closely related to the year-end bonus,contains about 88.71%.We can see obviously the application of the regulations has a positive result.Within the current underground safe management regulation,start from the achievement,competence and professional ethics of constructors,to describe their particular behaviors under the construction project,evaluate their activities comprehensively using factors analysis,and assess their overall marks using quantitative analysis.The results claim the marks of most constructors are in the vicinity of 0,which is an average value,it shows the majority of constructors are in the average level.On the other hand,there are numbers of people in the intervals of(-1,-0.5]and(-0.5,0]shows there is space for constructors to improve their activities.Building Lanzhou underground safe management regulation and forming the individual characteristic of constructors with hierarchical linear models based on these two contents in order to obtain the impacts.The result shows safe achievement assessment regulation has the most significant impact on constructors.Meanwhile,from analyzing the impacts through individual characteristic,it shows gender,as a variable,does notable in the positive impacts,however,age,as another variable,illustrates a negative notability in the model.Also working hours,position and degree,the three variables,have a notable positive influence on constructors’comprehensive scores.In the basis of case study and research the influences of underground management regulation on constructors,it can make construction units clearly understand how the regulations restrain people and the impacts on them.Based on the function of the influences between these two parts,explore which kind of regulation has more influence on constructor behaviors,in order to attain efficient management of underground construction project,it does not only benefit to mobilize constructors’ motivation and initiative,but also regulate and improve their behaviors during the construction process. |
