Study On The Development Strategy Of Xuzhou JC Bridge Industrialization Co.,Ltd

In the strategic background of " Country with strong transportation network ",the industrialization of bridge construction in China has a long way to go.Due to the immature industry chain,lack of the conditions such as design standards,production scale,assembly technology and information management,and there is still a certain gap between the real industrial constructions.Industrialized enterprises in the form of fixed factories shoulder the mission of promoting the transformation and upgrading of the traditional industrial chain and realizing the industrialization of bridge construction.Xuzhou JC Company as a newly established bridge industrial enterprise in Jiangsu Huaihai area,the key problem is the development strategy’s formulation.Through the perspective of bridge industrial chain,this study focus on JC Company’s development and try to solve the problem.Firstly,study from domestic and foreign related literature,this paper expounds the industrial chain,Bridges,industrial and development strategy of related concepts,theories and analysis tools,focusing on research key core problem to be solved,has been clear about the main research methods and technical route;Secondly,it comprehensively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the external macro environment,industrial environment,regional environment and internal conditions of JC Company by using PEST,Value Chain and Six-force interaction model,and classifies all kinds of strategic analysis elements to get the strategic analysis factor matrix from the perspective of industrial chain.Then use the SWOT-CLPV model,to analysis the leverage,inhibitory,vulnerability and problematic interaction between these factors,clear the development direction in the industrial chain model for the enterprises,implement the strategy of the combination of a variety of strategic development,and in order to establish the vision,objectives,its development path and strategy to support the development of the four levels of strategic system,provide solution to the problem systematically.Based on the status of industrial enterprises,this paper conducts strategic analysis and research on enterprise development strategy from the perspective of industrial chain and the combination of a variety of analysis tools,to clarify the development direction of JC Company in all dimensions of the industrial chain and provide reference for the development strategy formulation process of other similar enterprises.
