| The construction industry plays an important role in the national economy,which is one of the main industries to drive the economic growth of the country.According to the statistics released by the national bureau of statistics,the total output value of China’s construction industry reached 21395.4 billion yuan in 2017.With the continuous progress of the Belt and Road Initiative and the new type of urbanization and the increase of the PPP project and the assembly building project,the overall trend of the construction industry continues to improve.But it also faces the business tax change,that is the heavier tax burden of value-added tax for construction,and the higher capacity management requirements,the continuous reduce of demographic dividend,as well as the increase of the raw materials.The research object of this paper is Donghai Construction CO.,LTD.,a small and medium-sized construction enterprise mainly based on housing construction.The company housing construction has certain technical advantages,good social network relation,healthy financial situation,but the net profit of the company as a whole is relatively low,prefabricated construction technology and the absence of relevant technology of BIM,hr work is weak and the enterprise culture construction is not in place for the sustainable development of the enterprise all of which put forward the firm under severe tests.To this end,this paper will focus on the industry background of the construction industry,the internal and external environment of the company,the operating conditions and the opportunities and threats facing them.The significance and solution of strategic construction strategic implementation and strategic security will be pointed out.The main content and structure of this paper are as follows:the first chapter describes the background and purpose of this paper,and introduces the research ideas and basic structure of this paper.The second chapter introduces PEST analysis,porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis.The third chapter firstly analyzes the external environment by using the PEST analysis method,sorts out the opportunities and threats faced by the enterprises,and then analyzes the competitive environment by using the porter’s five forces model.Chapter four analyzes the internal environment of the company,and explains the advantages and disadvantages of the company.In chapter 5,based on chapter 3 and chapter 4,the strategy analysis is carried out through SWOT analysis,and the strategic positioning and strategic path of the company are clarified.The sixth chapter elaborates the company’s strategy implementation safeguard system.The purpose of this study is to provide guidance for the sustainable development of Donghai Construction CO.,LTD.,and to provide references for many small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction industry. |
