A Research On Strategy Development Of HuaYiTong

With the development of high-tech industry and advanced manufacturing industry,ultrasonic cleaning manufacture industry has ushered in the golden period of development.A large number of small and medium ultrasonic cleaning manufacturing enterprises enter the immature market,so that the market has overcapacity to some extent.China’s economic development enters the new normal,industrial growth slows and investment shrinks。At the same time,the economy of western developed country has not obviously improved,the demand growth is limited.In this background,many ultrasonic cleaning manufacturers are facing unprecedented competition pressure.Huayitong have to follow the customs.Making scientific and reasonable development strategy,maintain core competitiveness and expand the competitive advantage in the competition and lead enterprise to fast,health and sustainable development,has become a major practical problem.In this paper,by using PEST,Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis,we study the domestic and foreign business environment,advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the Huayitong.And then,the strategy of enterprise development is selected,and the implementation plan is formulated for the actual situation of the enterprise.Finally,the paper also proposed the implementation of the development strategy evaluation criteria and assessment process.
