For our country,the 14 th Five-Year Plan period is a new period of development,and the guiding role of the 14 th Five-Year Plan is remarkable,which plays a guiding role in the future long-term development of the country.China must take a long-term view,not simply consider the development of the next five years,but to add impetus to the market environment,ensure the efficient promotion of macroeconomic governance,and ensure the degree of standardization and science of the market system,which makes the competition between enterprises more and more fierce.Do a good job in the development of vehicle key parts,such as transmission,engine and so on.And around the intelligent manufacturing equipment,the planning also has the detailed elaboration,promotes the intelligent manufacturing equipment development,guarantees its digitization level,the flexibility degree and the integration degree,especially the high level numerical control machine tool,the infrastructure equipment,the general component,the intelligent equipment and so on needs to develop diligently.At present,the competition among enterprises has evolved towards the strength of core competitiveness.For the vast number of machinery and equipment manufacturing enterprises,whether they can rely on the advantages of internal environment and external environment,they can make full use of the resources they can apply.First of all,analyze the relevant theoretical content of enterprise strategy.All-round analysis KTS the internal resources of the company and the comprehensive ability of the enterprise,it is considered that the company has its own advantages in terms of manpower,management,technology and capital,of course,advantages and disadvantages coexist.Based on the analysis of the comprehensive ability level of the enterprise at the whole level,it is found that it occupies the core advantage in various abilities,mainly in the aspects of comprehensive technology level,production level,management level and so on.Although the above-mentioned advantages,but customer development work,innovation and development work carried out significantly not in place;then,a comprehensive analysis of the external environment of the enterprise,This study uses Porter’s five-force model to explore the industry environment facing the target enterprise.And then combined with the actual situation,customized development strategy for KTS company.With the support of the SWOT analysis model,the internal environment and the external environment are considered systematically to screen the SO growth strategy for the target enterprises,and at the same time to take into account the various practices of enterprise operation and management.Finally,from the aspects of human resources,capital control,enterprise internal affairs management,corporate culture construction,etc.,put forward specific safeguard measures for the implementation of KTS company’s development strategy.To ensure that the development strategy formulated by enterprises in a down-to-earth manner,for the future development of enterprises to add unlimited power.
