| As an important part of modern construction project,mechanical and electrical engineering is having a continuously expanding market demand as well as diverse and specialized market requirement due to the development of economic and urbanization.With the advancement of technology,mechanical and electrical engineering has the growing trend of intelligentialize,miniaturization and integration,facilitating it to be applied to more industrial fields.Mechanical and electrical engineering has a promising development space.Dalian Panxiang is an experienced and technology-advanced mechanical and electrical engineering limited company.The study of development strategy contributes for it to implement effective development strategy,to take advantages and convert disadvantages,and to take the opportunity and avoid the threat,in order to strengthen its marker competitiveness.Therefore,there are important practical implications to study Panxiang’s development strategy.This paper takes Dalian Panxiang mechanical and electrical engineering limited company as the strategic research object to study its development strategy.This paper first reviews the relevant enterprise strategic management theories,discusses the core field and specific research methods of enterprise strategic management.Second,the external macro-environment,industrial development status and the competition environment of the company is analyzed using PEST Analysis Model and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model.Then,under the prerequisite of field research,this paper summarizes the development status of Panxiang focusing on organizational structure,business scope,marketing,profitability and organizational culture.Besides,SWOT analysis of Panxiang is conducted to analyze strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of company development.Furthermore,the quantitative and qualitative analysis methods are combined with the SWOT-CLPV model to systematically analyze the constraint effect(C),the leverage effect(L),the problems(P)and the vulnerability(V)by combining the four factors from SWOT analysis.Following that,this paper further explores proper development strategy for Panxiang basing on its business goal.At last,feasible measures are provided considering the development situation of Panxiang. |
