At present,China’s economic development has entered the new normal,the task of building a powerful manufacturing nation is urgent and arduous.With the introduction of the strategy paper Made in China 2025,manufacturing industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.If manufacturing enterprises want to seize this important historical opportunity to realize the transformation and upgrading and leap frog development at an early date,they must make great efforts to improve productivity of the whole staff and enhance the overall competitiveness.So it’s particularly important to stimulate the work enthusiasm of employees within the enterprise,improve the individual job performance of employees,and then realize the improvement of the overall performance of the enterprise.There have been numerous studies showing that employee commitment has an important impact on job performance.Based on this,this paper takes Shandong Better Machine Co.,Ltd(Better Machine Company in short)for example,focuses on the problems of employees’ job performance improvement of the company,studies the impact of commitments at multi-levels on the employees’ job performance of Better Machine Company.This paper reviews the literature on job performance,organization commitment,team commitment and supervisor commitment,and summarizes the motivation theory,social exchange theory and leader-member exchange theory.On this basis,combined with the analysis of the status quo of the employees’ commitment and performance,a research model is established,and then this paper make a survey of the employees of Better Machine Company in the form of a questionnaire and abtain 317 valid questionnaires.The SPSS22.0 statistical software is used to test the reliability and validity of the survey data,make descriptive statistics and relevance analysis.The least squares method is used to analyze and verify the study hypotheses.The following research conclusions are drawn through regression analysis:(1)Organization commitment,team commitment and supervisor commitment have significant positive impact on employees’ job performance.and team commitment has the greatest impact on job performance,supervisor commitment is the second,organization commitment is the smallest.(2)Team commitment and supervisor commitment are positively influencing organization commitment,organization commitment plays a part of the intermediary role between team commitment and job performance,Supervisor commitment and job performance.Based on the research conclusions in this paper,the countermeasures to improve the employees’ job performance of Better Machine Company are put forward:(1)Starting with the employees’organization commitment,Better Machine Company should build an excellent organizational culture,establish a fair pay and benefits system,establish a scientific performance appraisal system,pay attention to the personal growth of employees.(2)Starting with the employees’team commitment,Better Machine Company should create a harmonious and inclusive team atmosphere,give the team more autonomy,encourage knowledge-sh(3)aring behaviors among team members.(3)Starting with the employees’supervisor commitment,Better Machine Company should pay attention to the selection and training of supervisors,encourage supervisors to do a good job of training subordinates,recruit more suitable employees,broaden communication channels between supervisors and subordinates.
