| As a national infrastructure project,the construction process of expressway has the characteristics of long duration,high cost and high risk.If the project is carried out smoothly,it will effectively promote the rapid development of the economy of one party;Once the risk appears,the project may suffer huge losses.Therefore,how to effectively manage the risks in the process of highway construction,in order to minimize the loss of the project and obtain higher benefits,has become the focus of much attention.The LY expressway project is located in the alluvial plain of the Yellow River.The successful completion of the project will help to spread the long-standing and profound Yellow River culture,thus driving the development of local tourism and thus promoting the development of local economy.Therefore,this paper takes the risk in the construction stage of LY expressway as the research object.Based on the relevant theories of project risk identification,risk assessment and risk response,and from the aspects of the causes,possibilities and losses of risk factors in the construction stage of the project,this paper adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to study the risks in the construction stage of the project.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the technical characteristics of LY expressway project,this paper draws on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on expressway risk management and refers to common risk factors of similar projects to preliminarily determine the risk evaluation indicators.By using expert investigation method and group decision characteristic root method,23 risk factors were identified from four aspects of economic risk,time limit risk,quality risk,safety risk and environmental risk,and the risk evaluation index system of LY expressway construction stage was established.Then,AHP is used to determine the harmness of these risk factors(i.e.index weight),and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk level in the construction stage of the project.Finally,based on the ALARP(minimum reasonable and feasible)principle,the single-factor risk analysis of the major risk factors is carried out,the risk acceptability of each major risk factor is identified,and the corresponding measures are proposed.The thesis provides reference for risk management in the construction stage of LY expressway project,so as to ensure the smooth construction of the project,and also has certain reference significance for risk management of other similar engineering projects. |
