Research On Industrial Landscape Planning Of Villages And Towns In The Mountainous Area Of South Hunan

Since general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the path of socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics in the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),a series of problems faced by the industrial development and revitalization of rural villages and towns in remote mountainous areas in China have received continuous attention.The mountainous area of Hunan province is extensive,accounting for more than 66%of the total area of the province.And there are more than 80% mountains in south hunan mountainous area,it’s geographical environment of villages and towns is typical in hunan province.Under the background of rural revitalization,the traditional village and town planning often ignores the mutual coordination between the industrial development of the mountain area and the landscape environment of the village and town,and the problems such as the rural infrastructure construction,industrial transformation and development,and the improvement of the living environment become particularly prominent.Combined with the industrial development and industrial landscape planning of villages and towns,this paper makes a systematic planning study on the industrial landscape of villages and towns in southern hunan,which is of great significance to promote the rational industrial layout of villages and towns,improve the ecological environment of villages and towns,and improve the landscape planning system of villages and towns.This paper takes villages and towns within the area of southern Hunan mountainous area as the research object,USES literature research,field investigation,data collection and other methods,compares and draws on the theoretical system and practical experience of industrial landscape planning in the planning and construction of villages and towns and rural landscape planning at home and abroad,analyzes the characteristics,classification and planning status of industrial landscape of villages and towns in southern Hunan mountainous area,and summarizes the causes of the problems in the industrial landscape planning of villages and towns,such as "lack of overall planning concept,homogenization of landscape,ecological imbalance and waste of resources".Articles in rural development,highlight the local characteristics of regional economy,maintain landscape ecological balance,promoting the sustainable development of rural industry integration and the theory of principle and planning objectives,through theoretical research combined with examples,get the following results:(Ⅰ)Three industry development potential evaluation based on villages and towns as the breakthrough point,from the natural environment,social economy,industry resources three level in-depth investigation and analyzing the characteristic of the southern mountain villages and towns industry resources status quo.(Ⅱ)The article in the villages and towns the regional economic development,highlight the local characteristics,maintain landscape ecological balance,promote rural industrial convergence principle and planning objectives and the sustainable development theory,puts forward the general layout and classification planning combining three landscape planning strategy of industry of villages and towns.(Ⅲ)The industrial landscape planning of villages and towns in southern Hunan mountains should strictly observe the ecological red line.In terms of industrial landscape planning,the ecological value,aesthetic value and economic value of the industrial landscape of villages and towns should be improved mainly from the perspectives of landscape layout,color,sequence and industrial benefits,and the integration and differentiated development of villages and towns should be emphasized.The author complies with the background and policy requirements of "rural revitalization" and based on the development of three industries of villages and towns in mountainous areas of Southern Hunan.And Potential evaluation and classification of villages,classify of villages and towns industry landscape planning research,and in view of the southern mountain villages and towns industry and industry problems in landscape planning,put forward the feasible solution,in order to promote the rational development and utilization of rural landscape resources,adjustment of industrial structure and to realize "prosperous industry" provides practical ideas.
