The Optimization Research Of Towns And Villages Layout Planning In Suburban Areas Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the major deployment of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The development of rural areas in the new era has ushered in a historic policy opportunity,and pointed ut the direction for rural spatial planning.Scientific and reasonable town and village layout planning can guide the formation of a reasonable town and village spatial structure,which is an important starting point of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The suburban area is the most prominent area of urban-rural relationship,facing the complex relationship between towns and villages.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the optimization of town and village layout in the suburban area.Tongshan District of Xuzhou is surrounded by the central urban area on three sides,which has the general characteristics of urban suburban areas in terms of spatial structure and demographic characteristics.At the same time,as a relatively developed county in the whole country and Northern Jiangsu,taking it as the research object,this paper discusses the turn of town and village layout planning under the background of rural revitalization,and puts forward practical town and village layout optimization strategies,It can provide effective demonstration and reference for the integrated development of urban and rural areas in other similar areas and comprehensively/promoting the strategy of Rural Revitalization.The paper is mainly divided into three parts: firstly,based on the background of the topic,based on the analysis of relevant theoretical research and practice at home and abroad,this paper reviews the town and village layout planning in Jiangsu Province since the reform and opening up,discusses the Era Connotation of Rural Revitalization and the turn of town and village layout planning under the background,and holds that the goal of town and village layout planning under the background of Rural Revitalization turns to comprehensive revitalization Value turns to multiple values,thinking turns to up-down linkage,and process turns to dynamic adjustment.Then,it summarizes the general characteristics of urban suburban areas,the phenomenon of semi urbanization and the shadow effect of metropolis are significant,and selects Tongshan District of Xuzhou as the research area.Through detailed current situation investigation and data analysis,it reveals the difficulties faced by the layout of rural areas,towns and villages in Tongshan District of Xuzhou.Finally,based on the transformation of town and village layout planning under the background of Rural Revitalization and the development difficulties faced by Tongshan District,this paper puts forward the path of town and village layout optimization in Tongshan District of Xuzhou under the new background from four aspects: optimization principles,optimization ideas,optimization strategies and implementation policies.
