Research On The Industrial Landscape Planning Of Panshi Town,Dazhou City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In 2019,the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a great strategy to implement rural revitalization.It put forward three requirements,prosperous production,ecological livability,and affluent life for the future rural development.Rural construction is not simply to beautify the appearance of the village,but to develop all levels of the countryside.That means to improve the value of rural production,complete infrastructure construction,beautify the living environment,and inherit farming culture.In the context of rural revitalization,rural development has ushered in new vitality.Therefore,Rational rural planning is of great significance.Tongchuan District in Dazhou City is the leading area for rural revitalization in Sichuan Province,and Panshi Town is the core part of the Tongchuan’s future development.As a result,this paper takes Panshi Town as the research object to explore the new model of rural industrial landscape planning.First,this article systematically sorts out landscape components,industrial components,and historical resources of Panshi Town,and builds Panshi Town’s current industrial landscape system as the basis of Panshi Town’s industrial landscape planning.Secondly,the gray situation decision-making method is used to make decisions on evaluation results of the landscape aesthetics,industrial suitability,and historical resource value among each village(community)in Panshi Town.The results are as follow: 11 villages such as Mujianian Village and Shanqing Village are suitable for developing the primary industry,and Hejiaba community and Yuanjiagou community are suitable for the development of secondary industry and tertiary industry.What’s more,it is suitable for Tanjiagou Village,Dukouhe Village and other three villages to develop tertiary industry.Finally,the paper determines the superior development direction of the industrial landscape of each village(community)according to the research.By analyzing the superior development direction,it obtains five landscape types,including natural landscape,fruit forest landscape,rural landscape,facility landscape and settlement landscape.Therefore it can make a systematic planning for the rural industrial landscape of Panshi Town.Through the exploration of the industrial landscape of Panshi Town,this paper finds that the landscape aesthetic quality,industrial comprehensive benefits and historical and cultural values are all carried in the industrial landscape,which indicates the corresponding and unified relationship between landscape and industry;In addition,the gray situation theory can effectively target on the problem which is difficult to quantify and compare for the various components of industrial landscape.By determining the development goals of the industrial landscape and constructing a decision matrix,it provides a strong data support for the industrial landscape planning of Panshi Town.Finally,the thoughts and patterns that are used to integrate the industrial landscape planning of Panshi Town provide new planning methods and make a supplement for rural revitalization.
