A Study On Rural Productive Aging Community For Urban Population

With the acceleration of population aging and the development of urban-rural integration process,the urban aged care space resources is in short supply,while the problem of rural hollowing is getting worse.On the other hand,the proportion of younger-aged and self-care elderly in China is relatively high.They yearn for a quiet and beautiful environment,and have a strong demand for returning to the countryside,healthy diet,spiritual comfort and self-worth realization.However,the theoretical support for how to make full use of the human resources of the elderly to solve the contradiction between urban and rural areas is still not enough.Under this background,it is pointed out that the urban elderly could move to the aging-adapted rebuilding rural vacant houses,and participate in the productive aging activities that can create economic value,social value or self enhancement value.This rural productive aging model can effectively solve the contradiction between urban and rural spatial resources while meeting the physical and mental needs of the elderly,and stimulate the reconstruction of urban and rural resources through aging resources.The main body of this paper is divided into two parts: theoretical research and practical guidance.The theoretical research part first combed the relevant theories of different countries,clarified the development context,absorbed the advantages of existing research and pointed out its limitations and deficiencies,and then constructed the concept and theoretical framework of the rural productive aging community.Then taking Tianjin as an example,we conducted an on-site questionnaire survey on the elderly to confirm their willingness and the feasibility of rural productive aging.Through the field survey of cases in Tianjin,Beijing,Chengdu and other cities,this paper summed up the main factors that affect the operation of rural productive aging community(policy investment,location selection,architectural planning and design,productive space and management services).The practical guidance part mainly discussed the site selection,architectural planning and renovation design in the field of architecture.First,based on the questionnaire survey results of the elderly in Tianjin,we used the SPSS software to analyze and evaluate the evaluation indicators(air quality,medical conditions,traffic convenience,vegetation and water coverage,climatic conditions,shopping conditions,tourist resources),and used the AHP method to calculate the index weight with the help of the Yaahp software,eventually constructed a site selection evaluation system based on the wishes of the elderly.Next,with the help of the GIS tool and big data methods,we made an accurate site selection by evaluating all the villages in Tianjin one by one.The methods involved include the polygonal method,the service area analysis method of web data set in GIS file geographic database,remote sensing image data recognition,buffer zone method and so on.After formulating evaluation criteria for each indicator and scoring,the total score of each village is weighted separately,and the visual score of each village is obtained as a basis for judging whether it is suitable for the construction of the rural productive aging community.According to the result of weighted score,196 high-score villages were screened by satellite map for the second turn,and 46 suitable villages were finally selected for field investigation and data collection.Combining with site selection results,the Sidaogou village was selected as a pilot project for aging-adapted rebuilding,and the strategies of rural productive aging transformation was put forward from four aspects:planning layout,architectural design and transformation,productive space layout,equipment transformation and detailed treatment.This paper has civilized the concept,advantages and value of the rural productive aging community,and put forward an effective site selection evaluation system as well as the design transformation strategies.It is of great significance for promoting the integration of urban and rural areas,alleviating the pressure of urban pension,relieving the rural hollowing problem and enhancing the self-worth of the elderly.Also,it has a strong guiding significance and reference value for the development and construction of the rural productive aging community.
