| In 2019,the No.1 Document of the Central Government once again put the construction of new countryside in the first place and put forward a new theoretical guideline around the "three rural issues." At the same time as the construction of new countryside,as the aging is multiplied in rural areas,most of the rural areas today are elderly people,which brings aging issues to the design of human settlements in rural areas.In the process of building a new countryside,the construction of public activity centers has become a vision to improve the quality of life of villagers and meet the needs of farmers to enjoy their old age.In the horizontal direction,I learned about the majority of the villagers’ own aesthetic hobbies and physiological needs,and carried out planning and design on the basis of digging deep into the local cultural context,providing research examples for the construction of public activity centers in the process of new rural construction.This study studies the necessity,operability and far-reaching significance of the construction of rural public activity centers in China at the present stage through literature reading,case analysis and field research.Guided by the problem,the aging design of the rural public activity center is taken as an entry point,combined with the relevant cases of excellent rural design emerging under the rural policies of Germany and the United States.This paper analyzes the development direction of rural public activity centers in China at present,and puts forward the functional points,layout design points and decorative design points of the aging design of rural public activity centers.The article has four chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research content and innovation points of the rural public activity center in the context of new rural construction.The second chapter first analyzes and summarizes Germany’s " The case of Schreiber’s pastoral under the "Village Renewal" policy and the design case of the Belmont Manor under the US "Village Improvement" policy,and then analyze and summarize the current research status and construction status of the new rural public activity center in China.The third chapter first proposes the lack of suitable aging design for the new rural public activity center,and then proposes the appropriate aging design strategy for the rural public activity center.The fourth chapter provides a model for the construction of the new rural public activity center through the aging design practice of the Jiangzhuang Village Public Activity Center. |
