Study On The Design Of The Renewal And Renovation Of The Existing Rural Houses In The View Of Green And Livable

By the end of 2019,the population aged 60 and above accounts for 23.32%,and the elderly population aged 65 and above accounts for 16.91%,which has already entered the aging society.As one of the cities with high degree of aging in Jiangsu Province,by the end of 2019,Xuzhou has a population of 1.9519 million over the age of 60 and 1.4193 million over the age of 65.The problem of providing for the aged has become a crucial link in the construction of human settlements.Based on the above background,combined with the national strategic goal of "persisting in promoting the governance of rural human settlement environment and building beautiful and livable countryside with green ecology as the guidance",this thesis explores the methods of aging suitable renovation of existing houses in Xuzhou rural human settlement environment.First of all,the theory of green livable and rural existing residential aging is studied.Through literature collection,case analysis and other methods,this thesis explores the internal relationship between "green livable" and residential aging,and summarizes the consistency of their research on "green energy saving" and "livability",which is mainly reflected in the following two aspects: 1)green energy saving,2)livable living environment,and then takes the above two points as the research direction,This thesis aims at the aging transformation of existing rural houses,and makes a more in-depth investigation and Analysis on the existing rural houses and the elderly in Xuzhou.Secondly,it explores the design elements of the rural existing residential renovation under the concept of "green livable".Combined with the research at home and abroad,the author found that the elderly’s understanding of comfort is not limited to the static barrier free size.The control of their own surrounding space,the reasonable organization of functional streamline and the thermal comfort of the house itself are the key factors to determine the aging of existing houses.Therefore,the author subdivides the livability into the order of space and the adaptability of space.Drawing on the previous scholars’ application of "intimate distance" and "personal distance" in the study of spatial relations,the author specifically analyzes the problems existing in the three aspects of green energy conservation,spatial order and spatial adaptability of existing rural houses in Xuzhou,Therefore,it puts forward the design elements of rural existing residential renovation.Finally,the design method of rural existing residential renewal and reconstruction suitable for aging is put forward from the perspective of green and livable.According to the above design elements,combined with the current economic situation of the rural elderly,this thesis puts forward the design method of rural existing residential renovation suitable for aging,and applies it to the actual case.From the perspective of green livable,this thesis examines the aging design of rural living environment,such as the behavior of the elderly,spatial scale,barrier free,energy saving,and tries to build a green,harmonious,comfortable and convenient modern rural living environment for the elderly.
