| Electricity is the lifeblood of economic development and the basis for social welfare.Substation is an important node for power generation,transmission,transformation,distribution and use.In the context of the construction of ‘Beautiful Tianjin’ and the application of new type of intelligent substation technology in Tianjin,The traditional substation schedule management mode is difficult to ensure that the project is completed or put into operation on schedule or under the influence of many factors.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the schedule management optimization of the prefabricated intelligent substation project.According to the status quo of prefabricated intelligent substation project schedule management,combined with the technical characteristics of the prefabricated intelligent substation project,this thesis uses the critical chain method to establish the schedule management model of the prefabricated intelligent substation project.First,in consideration of resource constraints,the heuristic algorithm is used to adjust the critical path of the project to determine the critical chain of the project.Secondly,through comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the prefabricated intelligent substation project,calculate the corresponding progress impact factor,improve the root variance method,calculate the buffer size and determine the construction period.Then,the rough set and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process are used to objectively and subjectively analyze the factors affecting the schedule of the substation project,calculate the weighting factor,determine the schedule control early warning matrix,and formulate the rushing measures and buffer management mechanism to form the prefabricated intelligence substation’s schedule management model.Finally,taking the YR220 k V substation project in Tianjin as an example,the validity and advantages of the model are verified by Monte Carlo simulation analysis.This model provides a new idea for the schedule management of the prefabricated intelligent substation project,and has certain reference value. |
