Research On Comfort Measurement Of External Space In High-density Residential Area Based On Visual Perception

With the development of our country’s economy,urban construction and living space have gradually moved to a high-density mode,and people’s requirements for the comfort of the living environment have also increased.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and discuss the comfort of external space in high-density residential areas.However,at present,most of the evaluations of residential areas in China attach importance to the economic indicators of performance efficiency and neglect the comfort factor.The quantitative research related to the comfort of residential areas has not been given enough attention,and the researches on quantifying the comfort of residential areas are even less.Based on the understanding and thinking of the above problems,the thesis deeply analyzes and summarizes the visual perception factors related to the comfort of the external space of high-density residential areas based on the comprehensive research on the comfort literature of residential areas at home and abroad,combined with qualitative and quantitative.The analysis finally realizes the quantitative sensing of the visual perception comfort of the external space of the high-density residential area,in order to provide guidance for the planning and design of the pre-existing residential area and provide reference for the evaluation of the un-established residential environment.The paper mainly includes the following four parts:The first part raises the question(Chapter 1),expounds the research background,research purpose and significance of the paper,carefully defines the research object and scope,and outlines the relevant theoretical foundations,methods and frameworks.The second part summarizes the comfort visual perception factor(Chapters 2 and3),clarifies the concepts and theories of vision and comfort in high-density residential areas,and analyzes the theoretical and practical experience of domestic and foreign residential comfort research,while learning from the streets.Quality research,summarizing the visual perception factors associated with comfort in residential areas.The third part is the quantification of the comfort of residential areas(Chapter 4).It discusses in detail the quantitative calculation methods of visual perception factors and how to extend the scope of quantitative research to the specific calculation method of the overall external space comfort of residential areas.The fourth part is the case study analysis(Chapter 5).Based on the quantitative methods summarized in the previous chapters,taking the second phase residential area of Xinyuan Village of Tianjin University as an example,quantitatively calculate the candidate housing for the housing selection scene.Visually perceive comfort and give recommendations based on calculations to verify the usefulness of the research results and the guiding role in the design of the residential area.
