The Application Of Visual Quantitative Analysis Technique In Visual Quality Evaluation Of Residential Area

With the development of urbanization,people's expectation of urban development has gradually shifted fro m the pursuit of construction speed to the pursuit of quality.Especially for the residential space full of belonging,the demand of people has been translated from the pursuit of the housing area to the pursuit of comfort,practicality and privacy of space.In this kind of pursuit and yearning,the quality of the residential space environment become the focus of urban planning.There are a variety of means and methods to evaluate the quality of residential space,and the aspects involved are different.The perception to space is one of the most intuitive and most closely related to the quality of residents' life.The acquisition of external information by the observer is 80% achieved through visual perception,so it is not difficult to find out the important role of visual influence in the evaluation of residential space environment.As an analysis method based on observation ability and observation habit,visual analysis is a scientific,rational and operable auxiliary means in the process of urban design.The conclusion of visual analysis can be used as the technical basis for regulating urban morphology and spatial layout structure.For decades,although urban design theory research and practice activities emerge in endlessly in China,visual analysis has been limited to traditional analytical methods.The evaluation of spatial quality is still based on an empirical subjective judgment,lacking objective and scientific evaluation tools.Firstly,this study reviews the research on visual analysis and expounds the basic research development history of visual analysis.Then through the analysis of the characteristics of visual analysis techniques in different stages,the most instructive visual quantitative analysis technology is selected.Finally,this paper attempts to introduce its advanced concepts and measurement technology into the evaluation of the visual environment quality of residential areas in China.The study illustrates the relationship between visual analysis and residential space on the basis of visual property of residential space and the role of visual analysis in the evaluation of visual environment quality in residential area.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of visual analysis technology in the application process are analyzed objectively,and the application defect is updated to improve the feasibility of the application.The realization method of visual quantitative analysis technology is presented by selecting modeling software and technology application platform.In the end,the paper makes an empirical study on the application of visual quantitative analysis technology with two residential communities in Shenzhen.By analyzing and comparing the calculated data,the horizontal and vertical design elements affecting the visual space quality of the residential area were explored.
