With the continuous enrichment of material life,the form of representation of commercial space has gradually changed.In addition to being a space carrier for commercial sales,the commercial space has gradually become a shared space for public social and recreational activities.It is also in this era.Next,the concept of focusing on the development of characteristic neighborhoods has emerged,and shaping the characteristic neighborhoods in the city has played an important role in enhancing the overall urban environment.Based on the perception engineering and architectural typology,this study will select Hejie Street in the characteristic street of Hefei City to quantitatively analyze the architectural elements and the constituent colors of the exterior space of the featured blocks.The corresponding building guidelines will be extracted and the external space of the featured blocks will be extracted.The evaluation of the perceptual engineering dimension and the visual preference analysis of the exterior space of the featured neighborhoods are based on the above points to obtain the updated design direction and transformation strategy of the featured neighborhoods.Taking the exterior space of Hejie Street in the characteristic street of Hefei City as the research object,the SD evaluation experiment was conducted on the external space of Hejie Street,and the external space was divided into different space types,namely the open traditional space,the rich and pleasant space and the liveliness.Stylish space.The factor analysis was performed on the results of the experiment to obtain the scores of the perception factor,atmosphere factor and form factor of the outer space of the block.Then conduct eye movement experiments on the external space,analyze the observer's preference for spatial elements,demonstrate the influence of related factors on the visual gaze and their correlation with each other,and find the RGB values of spatial elements and spatial elements in the screen.The correlation between the position and the time before the first fixation and the total fixation duration showed a significant positive correlation at a confidence of 0.01.The correlation between the size of the spatial elements and the RGB values of the spatial elements and the total fixation duration is significantly stronger than other influencing factors.Summarizes the attribute of the block are analyzed.In the saturation case,the color selection of each experimental group shows The stronger continuity is more coherent on the whole.In the evaluation index of brightness and hue,the color continuity of the brightness performs better than the color continuity of the hue,the brightness difference of the brightness is smaller than the hue of the hue,and the external space color of the street of the featured street has its overall hue.Changes are more pronounced than changes in lightness,and differences in hue are more evident in the outer space sequence.Then the correlation analysis of the color performance of the spatial elements in the eye movement experiments was performed.Finally,in order to further excavate the expression characteristics of the spatial elements in hue,lightness,and saturation,the correlation analysis after RGB color translation was performed.Based on the difference of spatial features in the sample,we can find that there is a strong positive correlation between the brightness and hue and saturation of the spatial elements.The value of the color brightness occupies a certain degree in its color representation.Then explore the correlation between the color of spatial elements and visual gaze.Based on this,a comprehensive optimization and updating strategy is proposed for the shaping of the exterior space of characteristic blocks.The research uses syntactic SD semantic assessment method,eye-movement visual analysis method and color analysis method to explore the optimization and promotion of the external space environment in characteristic neighborhoods,which has certain theoretical significance and innovation.The significance of this research is to propose an optimization strategy that is suitable for the outer space of Hefei characteristic street,which will play an important role in guiding the urban regeneration,urban design,integration of urban outlook,and quality improvement of human settlements in Hefei City.
