| The production of auto parts is an important part of auto industry.In the early days of the automobile industry,most of the automobile production enterprises were concentrated in the United States and Europe,and the auto parts industry was mainly monopolized by European and American enterprises.In the 1990s,almost all automobile brands set up joint venture assembly plants in China.China’s auto parts industry developed rapidly,and the market of auto parts was gradually occupied by Chinese manufacturers.At present,the Chinese parts production industry presents the phenomenon of overcapacity,the competition among various enterprises intensifies.More and more enterprises,through improving the efficiency of product introduction,as the main means to gain market competitiveness.J Company is a large auto parts manufacturer invested by the Japanese consortium in China.It has been operating continuously in China for more than 30 years.With the adjustment of its business strategy,it has shifted the production of its spare parts to the production base in China and made efforts to open the local auto parts market in China.In this process,I found that the import efficiency of my spare parts was too low,which could not meet the demand of Chinese domestic enterprises for the supply speed.This thesis in the study of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the product import efficiency theory,on the basis of on the theoretical framework of project management,through the project plan management,process design and critical path analysis method,according to the author’s company product import process,organization system and planning management present situation,trying to find out J company products into the cause of the inefficient domestic auto parts,a targeted design improvements,and put forward to further improve auto parts import process,optimizing the import project planning and control process of the method and means,and on the training system and inter-departmental communication system to improve and redesign necessary. |
