| With the developing of China’s economy,new technologies and products are emerging,the automobile industry also ushered in a new period of development.For production many enterprises began to use advanced intelligent manufacturing facilities and equipment,also the development wave of new energy car is coming,marketing has become more competitive.At the same time the updating of automobile quicker than before,new technologies are constantly being used.In this new marketing environment,in order to meet the market demand quickly,automobile manufacturers pay more and more attention to the management of auto parts supply logistics.An excellent supply logistics system can not only help enterprises respond to the market and grab the opportunities as soon as possible,but also reduce the cost of supply logistics,improve work efficiency,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,to help enterprises develop better.This paper takes G Automobile Company as the research object,focuses on its business of auto parts supply logistics,and uses literature research,field investigation,summary method,and qualitative analysis method to understand and master the management situation of supply logistics business for G Automobile Company in detail.Combined with the supply chain integration,information sharing,supplier management,process reengineering and other related theories,studied and analyzed the collected data,and found that there have some problems such as backward information intelligence,insufficient data sharing,imperfect management process,inadequate collaborative integration and lack of supplier management.After the research,corresponding optimization measures are proposed to solve these problems,including information intelligent construction,improving the process to promote collaborative integration,updating the standard to improve the receiving management,building the information sharing platform to solve the shortage problem,and quantifying the supplier delivery standard to improve the supplier management system.And for these optimization measures to formulate the safeguard measures,mainly from the corporate culture,organization system,human resources,management process,capital,and other aspects of the program.This paper takes the situation of auto parts supply logistics business for G Automobile Company as an example,finds out the existing problems,analyzes these problems,finds out the causes and impacts,and proposes the solutions and optimization measures.And these measures can improve the reactivity and stability for auto parts supply logistics of G Automobile Company,can achieve the effect of cost reduction and efficiency increase.It is also hoped that the research of this paper can provide reference for other automobile manufacturers’ auto parts supply logistics business management,and deepen the understanding of the auto parts supply logistics. |
