Reengineering of project management and control process based on BIM technology relies on the accuracy and operability of multi-stakeholder coordination of construction projects.Whether the information flow fields of all parties are perfect or not will achieve synergistic cooperation among project interest members,improve construction project governance and information technology Project practice and research have a significant impact.In view of the problems such as the partial integration of information integration and the weakening of the positive effect of collaborative project management in the current large-scale complex project management business process,this thesis divides the functional management model into new business process requirements according to BIM Reorganization,use of integrated BIM collaborative management mode to optimize the information transmission path of all parties,to solve the problems caused by asymmetric information under the traditional processes,in order to improve the technical quality of all participants and give full play to the application benefits of BIM technology in project management and control,Enhance the synergistic management efficiency of various stakeholders in construction projects.The research on BIM contract design and optimization plays an important role in promoting the improvement of industry workflow in BIM application environment,which is not only conducive to the improvement of the overall management and coordination of construction projects,but also to further enhance the core competitiveness of all participating parties.However,the current project management model does not match the deep application of BIM technology,BIM related imperfections and other issues are increasingly obstacles to long-term application of BIM constraints,the industry urgently needs a set of perfect and tailored BIM contract system to regulate the in-depth application of BIM technology.In this thesis,the methods of literature research,expert interview based on semi-structural topics,qualitative material analysis based on grounded theory and comparative research based on contract terms are adopted.Firstly,based on the grounded theory research method and using Qualitative Analysis Software,The original data will be condensed into five main categories,that is,the key modules that the BIM contract should have,and the conceptual model of the influencing factors for the modular design of the BIM contract should be established.Secondly,taking a public building project as an example,this thesis analyzes the contract documents of each construction party,and summarizes the obstructive factors and indexes that affect the interface management of BIM contract by combining the interview data and practice cases.Based on this,the questionnaire is designed and measured;The survey data adopts principal component analysis to determine the weight of indicators and establishes a comprehensive evaluation model.The first 6 measurement items with the cumulative weight of more than 0.76 are selected as the important influence factors of the interface management.Based on this,supplementary agreements are set up to improve the original contractual structure and information Deliver paths,define a working interface to establish a long-term mechanism for BIM applications,and inject flexible elements into BIM terms to reduce contract implementation risk.Finally,applying the theory of information value chain,this thesis builds the BIM-based process value chain model based on BIM and BIM-based information process domain link,and divides the new process of project management under the BIM scenario into the information input factor,Process area factor and information output factor in three parts,and then all the participating parties into the same process to rebuild the value chain,integrating all stages and parties' information transmission path.Through the research and analysis on the modular design and optimization of BIM contract for project management and control process reengineering,this thesis identifies the key modules of BIM contract and provides reference and reference for the establishment of BIM contract system for all participating parties.It identifies the impact of BIM contract interface management Factors,the parties BIM contract covers all BIM scope of work and scope of responsibility,the construction project BIM contract provisions of a little practical significance;the establishment of BIM-5D process based on information value chain reengineering path to make up for the lack of traditional business processes,Improve the efficiency of workflow conversion,save transaction costs and improve the overall efficiency and coordination of the project.
