Research On Emergency Management Of Civil Airport

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,air travel is no longer the privilege of a few people,and the common people can easily enjoy the convenience provided by the development of civil aviation.However,with the continuous growth of civil aviation passenger flow,airline and airport scale,the pressure of civil aviation safety management is increasing day by day,which has become a major obstacle to the continuous development of civil aviation.As an indispensable subject in the field of civil aviation,civil airport has great responsibility for safety management.However,due to the particularity of the airport industry,human factors,management factors and environmental factors lead to the gradual increase of emergency unsafe events,which brings new challenges to the airport emergency management.Although China has formulated relevant laws and regulations for a long time.Although these laws and regulations have given some provisions and guiding opinions for the emergency management of civil airports,the contents of these Provisions are relatively general and vague.If airports only carry out emergency work and formulate plans according to these Provisions,they will inevitably be acclimatized.Moreover,the social environment in China is changing with each passing day,social contradictions are becoming increasingly prominent,social security incidents emerge in endlessly,and natural and man-made disasters often occur.Considering the current social development and change,this trend is becoming more and more normalized.In order to ensure the safe and stable development of the airport and even the civil aviation industry,it is urgent for the civil airport to recognize the form and improve the emergency management ability.In recent years,the airport of T city has developed by leaps and bounds,playing a window and leading role in the development of local economy.In recent years,the government has paid more and more attention to the construction of the airport in T City,increasing investment and policy support.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for the safety management of the airport in T City,such as the prevention,disposal and rehabilitation of emergencies.How to improve the emergency management system and effectively improve the level of emergency response is an urgent problem for T City Airport.Firstly,through the rational analysis of the security incidents and situations of civil aviation industry at home and abroad,this paper combs the types and characteristics of Civil Aviation Airport emergencies,and expounds the challenges faced by the current civil aviation airport emergency management;Secondly,taking the current situation of T City Airport in emergency management as an example,using the relevant theoretical knowledge of emergency management,through the review and reflection of emergency cases,this paper deeply analyzes the problems and the reasons behind the emergency disposal of T City Airport.Finally,by drawing lessons from the mature emergency management programs of advanced airports at home and abroad,the suggestions for the improvement of airport emergency management in T city are summarized as follows: first,continuously improve the emergency plan;Second,increase the use of advanced technology and equipment;Third,improve the emergency awareness and ability;Fourth,establish an efficient emergency command system.
