As one of the basic needs of human beings,in order to achieve the "overall green transformation" and "high-quality development" of the economy and society,and to improve people’s quality of life,it is necessary to start with the new situation of cities and towns and the new requirements of residential construction,based on the development goal of "people-oriented" and "Sustainable Development",this paper studies the construction strategy and specific requirements of high-quality green and low-carbon residential areas.This paper summarizes the research status and application examples of green low-carbon residential area at home and abroad in recent years,defines the meaning of ecological livable theory,and its guiding significance in residential area design and construction.At the same time,it summarizes the green building materials and green construction in the construction practice as the support of the idea landing.Taking the typical city of Zaozhuang as an example,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the design and construction of the two two-star Green residential projects in the south of Shandong in the light of the current situation of natural,cultural,traditional architecture,economic and industrial development,the main points of green low-carbon residential reconstruction strategy and appropriate technical measures are obtained.The main contents are as follows:1.Residential area should pay equal attention to both natural and humanistic ecology to meet the needs of residents for "physiology","safety","belonging","respect" and "self-realization"."Ecological Livable" should be able to ensure the sustainability and dynamic coordination of human,society,economy and nature,to meet the needs of harmony between human and nature and sustainable development.The development of green low-carbon residential area should be based on the idea of livability and ecology,the target needs should be based on in-depth research and public participation,the target orientation should be based on scientific and reasonable data analysis;Target recognition should be based on planning points,from transportation,services,landscape,and so on.In the process of implementation,Bim should be adopted as the core of the intelligent information technology platform,reasonable layout and planning,and on the basis of the SI system technology integration design.The management method of lean construction and green construction mode are combined to achieve the goal of safe,economical and comfortable green low-carbon residential construction.2.Based on the analysis of the development and excellent cases of green and low-carbon residential areas at home and abroad,the key points of the planning and design of green and low-carbon residential areas are as follows:(1)the design and combination of the buildings should consider the needs of local ecology and livability comprehensively,cities and towns should put forward guidance and suggestion documents for the design parameters of residential buildings,such as floor number,building height,building density,floor area ratio,etc..For most towns,multi-residential,high-rise residential should be controlled below 15 floors is more appropriate.(2)to mandate the implementation of ageing-friendly measures,such as widening lifts and waiting halls,low-level sockets,elderly walks and elderly care sites,in line with policy incentives.(3)the integration of the design and decoration of the prefabricated building,based on the requirements of the modular design of the users,by studying the rules of the users’ activities,rationally designing the variable and fixed areas of the plane,and combining them into different types of the space of the apartments,in order to not increase the type of assembled components to meet the needs of different groups of people.The indoor decoration and fitment communicates with the customer synchronously through the information method,achieves the user to participate in the design goal.(4)the whole process of the construction of green residential areas should be fully informationalized and intelligently managed and controlled,and the requirement of high environmental protection,high comfort and high quality should be ensured in the green and low-carbon residential areas in cities and towns,the superiority of SI system and industrial construction mode must have a high degree of information and intelligent processing scheme to solve a large number of data and feedback information.(5)a low incremental cost green building production goal should be established during the project planning period,through management,lean construction models with rational application of traditional and appropriate technologies,the green and low-carbon construction process can be realized at a lower cost level.3.Based on the analysis of the city of South Shandong,the paper further summarizes the design principles of suitable urban green low-carbon residential quarters: Planning and design precise positioning,system integration,design and construction management integration,information,intelligence;Suitable Technology and controllable cost.The suggestions are put forward from the following aspects:(1)outdoor environment and transportation service system should be safe,energy-saving,comfortable and convenient;(3)optimize structural design,organize construction reasonably,improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact through BIM technology.Taking the typical city of Zaozhuang in the south of Shandong Province as an example,this paper puts forward the key points for the construction of green low-carbon residential areas in the south of Shandong Province,and hopes to provide some suggestions for the design and construction of green low-carbon residential areas in the south of Shandong Province,it can promote the development of related industries,and at the same time,it can be used for reference for the development of the same type of urban residential industry in China.
