Research On The Development Management Of Harbin Green Ecological Residential

Green building is a result of the concept of sustainable， entering to the architectureareal. With the high speed development of economy and the rapid increase of people’sliving standard， energy-saving， environmental protection， comfortable， healthy andhigh-efficient green ecological residential buildings will become the dominant trend in thefuture. The survival and development of human beings do need very good ecologicalenvironment. The combination of ecological theories and architectural methods is a newtrend in the21’st century dwellings’ development.In this paper， it begins with the the basic concepts and theories of the greenbuilding， ecological residential and green management， expounding the meaning，characteristics and development trend of green ecological residential. Secondly， itdiscusses several development points of the green ecological residential， such asplanning， design， green construction and marketing. Then it explores the operationmanagement process of green ecological residential， with the guidance of operationmanagement theory， and the supports of relevant management technology and intelligentsystem. Finally， the theory wills theory into practice， studying the development andmanagement methods of green ecological residential， with the example of Beianlvy inHarbin.By extensively referring to theories and research results about sustainabledevelopment， green architecture， ecological residence， operation and managementfrom domestic and foreign， analyzing the laws， design specification， governmentpolicy and document， the paper summed up some knowledge about urban ecologicalresidential. Through the analysis of literature and induction， based on the conclusion ofthe system theory and technology data， it grasped the green ecological residentialbuilding theoretical framework， focusing on the green ecological residential in coldregion. Meanwhile， combined with examples， the paper probed into the constructiontheory and development mode of the ecological residential in Harbin. This will beconstruction significance to the development of green of green ecological residential innorth China city.
