Research On The Evaluation Of Green Residential Area Based On Ecological Footprint Theory

Based on the evaluation of green residential research,the introduction of ecological footprint theory and calculation model of ecological footprint,ecological footprint reduction index is used to unified computing measure green residential ecological performance of all aspects in the natural environment.Will land,water saving,energy saving,material saving,environmental protection,residential green transportation,and cultural harmony in space in a different dimension to measure the ecological contribution to the natural environment of unity into a unified dimension,which is beneficial to clear intuitive comparison and analysis of green residential contains several aspects of the contribution of natural ecological environment.According to the results of residential ecological footprint reduction index calculation,with the size of the ecological footprint and ecological deficit reduction data comparison to analyze the overall green residential ecological impacts and environmental contribution to the costs.First of all,from the principle of theory research,this paper combed the domestic and foreign on both the ecological footprint theory and evaluation system of green residential areas related theory research and practice to explore,analysis the ecological footprint theory at home and abroad research and practical application in the evaluation of green residential development.Secondly,based on the research of the principle of the basic theory,further analyzes the present situation of our country existing green residential and influence factors,evaluation of the implementation of green residential as well as the calculation of bearing capacity of green ecological residential area,and then puts forward the ecological footprint model is applied to the basic principle and calculation method of green residential areas.Then,through the evaluation method of green residential areas and the ecological footprint calculation method applied to the construction of community planning,using phase,respectively from reducing the ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity,ecological deficit and ecological surplus,in detail,from saving energy,land,water saving,material saving,environmental protection,community,green transportation,cultural and other aspects of harmonious space in green residential planning and construction,operation for reducing the ecological footprint calculation using phase.Finally,the author draws a conclusion in the calculation and analysis of typical cases,and puts forward the method and strategy of architectural planning and design of green residential area and the implementation countermeasures of sustainable development.
