Study On The Design Of Old Residential Area Under The Concept Of Green Building Design

With the progress of the times and economic growth,population aging has become a global trend in the development of human As the country with the largest number of the world’s aging population,the aging of China’s economic,social,environmental and other aspects of the impact of China’s economic,social,environmental and other aspects.At the same time,with the emergence of a large number of empty nest families,the elderly are also in demand,a large number of senior residential construction area,the old residential living environment is facing a great challenge,the ecological and energy problems.Therefore,to promote the efficient use of energy and reduce environmental pollution,the concept of green and low carbon into the design of old residential areas will be the inevitable trend of the development of old residential areas in our country.Through the analysis and research of some green old residential areas which have been built up at home and abroad,it can be found that the measures of reducing carbon emission in the green aged residential area have played a certain role in energy and environmental protection.At present,China has built a number of different scale residential,health care,culture and health as one of the old green residential area,but the development and construction of China’s green old residential district is still in the initial stage,therefore,there are many problems to be discussed and studied the green community for the aged in the application of green building design under the concept of development the size,location,layout,function orientation,spatial pattern and so on.The analysis of the current situation of the domestic and foreign green senior residential areas,according to China’s "green building evaluation criteria" and "green Chinese pension settlements joint assessment cognizance system",put forward the design concept of green residential district elderly,to local conditions,ecological priority,the design principle of people-oriented,promoting sustainable development the old green residential district.
