| This Thesis is devoted to the aircraft after-sales service issues that is a cornerstone in providing the profitability and safety of flights. It considers the aircraft after-sales service from the perspective of Integrated Logistics Support(ILS)to develop and substantiate the specific practical proposals aimed at facilitating the sustainability of the ISSPP for ongoing project of the CR929 aircraft family launched by the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China. The following innovative areas are deeply investigated for the first time. The aircraft spare parts supply chain is considered through adaptation to Lean Supply Chain Management(LSCM)strategy and NASA Systems Engineering to generate the best solutions in building the value for stakeholders by revealing the hidden wastes of the aircraft’ life cycle costs.FMECA,FMEA and FTA are provided for MMEL and MEL forms of the aircraft landing gear system(LGS)components to contribute in proving a direct relationship between ISSPP and aircraft dispatch and operational reliability, availability, safety and profitability of flight. To ensure the capacity of LSCM,the pool-supported program(PSP)model under affecting factors is developed and verified based on adaptation of the Kornai-Liptak decomposition algorithm and traveling salesman problem(TSP).Finally, the KPIs forms are created for OEMs and stakeholders to ensure a complete assessment of methodology parameters. Results strongly show that the proposed strategy contributes to optimization of ISSPP by disclosure of bottlenecks and covering the stakeholders’ requirements under influenced conditions of modern aviation industry. |
