In the new era,a new round of industrial revolution is going on internationally,and every country is working hard to improve its scientific and technological innovation capabilities.Whether in bioengineering,new materials and mobile Internet,or in cloud computing and big data,there are very prominent innovations.The manufacturing industry is rapidly converging with the new generation of information technology,and new business models are constantly emerging,including precise supply chain management,network collaborative innovation,and personalized customization.On the whole,lean management theory has been well studied abroad,and its maturity is higher than domestic.In particular,many scholars explore the application of lean management in combination with the actual situation in the field,thereby forming a wealth of practical experience.The focus of modern automobile manufacturing enterprises’ cost management is focused on the cost control of parts and labor,and the importance of the cost of auxiliary materials is often ignored.This topic uses Company B as an example to conduct a lean planning study on the amount of glue applied in its automobile assembly and welding shop.Company B applied a large number of glue technology in the body-in-white manufacturing process,and the control of glue coating planning and management was not strict.At present,the enterprise is on the track of rapid development,and the post-million era has begun.The problem of waste of excipients caused by extensive glue management has become more prominent,which has greatly increased production costs.In order to avoid waste,reduce costs,and improve corporate management,a reasonable and accurate rubber and auxiliary materials quota planning is the basis for lean production.If the planned usage of rubber accessories is too small,the most serious situation may result in the suspension of the corresponding model,which will greatly affect the company’s production capacity.Conversely,if the planned usage of rubber and auxiliary materials is too large,a large amount of inventory will be generated,which will occupy a large amount of the company’s budget,which is contrary to the concept of lean production and management.At the same time,the shelf life of glue is generally 3 to 6 months,and the shortest logistics period of imported glue is 45 days;so inventory glue that cannot be consumed in time will have a great risk of scrapping.Therefore,scientific and reasonable planning of rubber and auxiliary materials quota is very important for the company’s lean production and management.This article will focus on the demand quota management of the amount of glue used in the assembly and welding shop of Company B.The research is conducted in the form of actual investigation,and the statistical analysis of the actual problems is used to find the existing problems,so as to find a reasonable solution.Optimize the amount of glue used for mounting and welding to achieve the goal of reducing the cost of bicycle glue by 7%.The formulation of the auxiliary material quota planning process for the assembly and welding workshop has important reference significance for the planning of the amount of glue for the subsequent vehicle installation and welding.Taking the welding and welding glue of the assembly and welding workshop of Company B as the auxiliary material research object,it is expected that from the perspective of the lean planning of the auxiliary materials,the main problems existing in the consumption of auxiliary materials in the workshop will be analyzed,and related research will be conducted by investigating relevant domestic and foreign literature.Starting from the usage analysis in the planning of excipients,the goal is achieved through research,statistical calculations and actual management improvements.In terms of usage quota,first analyze the current situation to analyze the auxiliary materials that occupy the largest cost of the auxiliary materials in the workshop,and then use data statistics,step-by-step experiments and mathematical modeling to optimize the usage of the auxiliary materials.Complete the process optimization of the formulation of the amount of solder paste,and rationally plan its future usage and reduce costs and increase efficiency.This article analyzes in detail the various glue consumption components involved in the production process,explores the relationship between them,and proposes corresponding solutions.The article mainly analyzes the amount of rubber used by Company B in 2017,explains the specific process of statistical calculation,analyzes the statistical results and finds out the causes of various rubber losses,and then proposes corresponding improvement measures.After implementing the suggestions and plans put forward,analyze the effects produced and compare the impact on the company B before and after the optimization of the plan,including the impact of production costs and product quality.The optimization plan has a clear positive impact on the cost and product quality of company B.While adhering to the existing improvement plan,continuing to conduct in-depth research on the production process can bring more benefits to the company and the company’s development Has a better promotion.Glue quantity planning for automobile assembly and welding shop based on lean production is a systematic project,which runs through all stages from product development to mass production.Before the lean planning of the process,the operating guidelines of lean production should be mastered in order to effectively evaluate the leanness of the amount of glue used in the assembly and welding shop.The methods introduced have been used in actual projects.It is hoped that as more projects are carried out,detailed data and experience can be accumulated to promote the lean and standardized development of the amount of glue used in automobile assembly and welding workshops.
