Research On Collaborative Management Of Prefabricated Buildings Based On IPD

In recent years,our country has adopted a range of policies and strategic plans to accelerate the pace of construction modernization.Because of the green and sustainable characteristics,prefabricated buildings have emerged as a critical path for the future growth of our country’s construction.However,as the construction efficiency of prefabricated building projects improves and the scale expands,the conventional project management approach will no longer be able to satisfy the sustainability targets of high efficiency,good quality,and low cost of prefabricated buildings in the future.Currently,more than three-quarters of national prefabricated construction projects were affected by increased costs and delays as a result of inadequate coordination and management among project participants.In this situation,it is important to take effective approaches to solving the issue,such as implementing an advanced project management,developing a prefabricated building collective management evaluation index framework,developing a competitively evaluated method,and improving the situation of low collaboration in current prefabricated building project management.This paper combines IPD and collaborative management theory to study the related issues of prefabricated project collaborative management based on IPD.In the first place,after analyzing the difference between the IPD and the traditional prefabricated building project management mode,the problems of the traditional prefabricated building project management mode are pointed out,and the advantages of applying the collaborative management idea to the prefabricated building management.The complexity of the external environment and the internal environment faced in the process of building collaborative management.Then,through combing and summarizing the literature,we have screened out the key elements of collaborative management under the IPD.Finally,the influencing factors of the collaborative management of prefabricated buildings based on the IPD were screened out,and a case study was conducted on a prefabricated residential district project in a certain city,which verified the applicability of the prefabricated building synergy evaluation index system and the synergy evaluation model based on the IPD.Figure [19] table [27] reference [65]...
