Construction belongs to the traditional industry,has a larger demand for labor force,in the process of construction of housing,not only can produce relatively high energy consumption,can also cause pollution to surrounding environment,in recent years,under the background of urbanization level rising in country,building energy consumption in the total energy consumption accounts for continued ascension.With construction quality long-term stagnation,transformation and upgrading of construction has become the necessary trend of the times,prefabricated buildings are gradually replaced traditional architecture as the future development trend the successful transformation and upgrading of prefabricated building projects depends,to a certain extent,on the implementation effect of green construction of prefabricated building projects.For this reason,the evaluation of green construction of prefabricated building projects plays an important role in promoting the upgrading of the construction industry.Based on green prefabricated construction project construction as the starting point,build the prefabricated construction project evaluation system of green construction,the fuzzy matter-element method to evaluate,green construction effect of ratings for prefabricated construction project provides a new Angle of view,the evaluation standards of prefabricated building green construction theory research and practice has important reference significance.First of all,based on the related theory,prefabricated construction of prefabricated building definition and characteristics of green construction are discussed in detail,the prefabricated construction and carries out a comparative analysis on the difference between the traditional construction,and to explore the influence of many factors of green construction existence using the summary and conclusion of research results at home and abroad,combined with the relevant standards and norms,to integrated management of intensive utilization of resources,environmental protection and the construction technology of four dimensions as the breakthrough point,to select prefabricated construction project green construction assessment index,and evaluation criteria for the quantitative processing by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis by combining theoretical analysis with case analysis,an evaluation system suitable for green construction requirements and in line with green construction characteristics of prefabricated building projects is established.Secondly,aiming at the problem of fuzzy incompatible multi-factor index system,this study through comparative analysis of the various evaluation methods,finally choose the fuzzy matter-element evaluation method The applicability of this method are relatively strong,able to conform to the prefabricated construction project evaluation system of green construction related requirements,the accuracy of the evaluation result is in a relatively high level,and with the aid of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight value of various indicators Finally,the study is specific case with sunshine uptown,used to establish the evaluation index system of green construction assessment for the project,the effect of preliminary verified the effectiveness of the system level,the results showed that the evaluation system can be accurate to prefabricated construction project reflect the level of real green construction,there are all kinds of problems and shortcomings also underline,provides the specific measures for the establishment of effective reference.
