| With the deepening of industrialization of construction industry and the country’s increasing requirements for green development,the prefabricated buildings have become a major direction for the future development of the industry.However,in recent years,due to the vigorous development of Chinese economy and society,the number of public buildings has been increasing,and the problem of huge energy consumption has become more serious.At the same time,Chinese building green evaluation system needs to be improved,and the green evaluation system specifically for prefabricated buildings is basically not available,and it is impossible to measure and evaluate its green level.Therefore,it is very important to establish a green evaluation system for prefabricated concrete public buildings,and it is suitable for China’s national conditions,based on the perspective of the whole life cycle.Classified according to the structural type of prefabricated public building,it can be divided into prefabricated concrete structure public building,wood structure public building and steel structure public building.The prefabricated concrete public building has been taken as the research object in this thesis,and its green degree has been evaluated from three aspects:evaluation index system,evaluation method and application research.Firstly,the research status of the prefabricated concrete public building has been analyzed,and then the definition of green degree of the prefabricated concrete public building has been given according to its own characteristics.In addition,the components and main characteristics of the green degree has been analyzed.At the same time,combined with Chinese national conditions,the problems and constraints of Chinese green evaluation of prefabricated concrete public buildings in China has been analyzed.Secondly,the green degree evaluation index system of prefabricated concrete public building has been established based on the questionnaire survey method.At first,the evaluation indexes are initially identified based on literature review and analysis,and then expert interview method is used to optimize the evaluation indexes.In addition,the questionnaire survey method,principal component analysis method and factor analysis method are used to determine the final evaluation index system,and then the index has been explained.Finally,the evaluation model for the green degree of prefabricated concrete public building has been established based on the fuzzy matter element extension method.At first,the commonly used weighting methods are analyzed and the limitations are pointed out.It is determined that combined weighting method,which includes expert scoring method,CRITIC method and variable weight theory method,is used in this thesis.At the same time,the common evaluation methods and the limitations of their application in this thesis are analyzed,and the advantage of fuzzy matter element extension method being used for green degree evaluation are pointed out.At last,the evaluation model of green degree is established.Based on the above research,the Y prefabricated concrete public building has been taken as an example to be analyzed with the evaluation index system and method established in this thesis.Research conclusion:the green degree evaluation index system and evaluation model of prefabricated concrete public building have been established in this thesis.Through the example analysis,it is shown that the evaluation index system and evaluation method established in this thesis can quantity the green degree of prefabricated concrete public building,and can evaluate green degree reasonably and accurately.The evaluation index system and evaluation method are scientific,accurate,feasible and reliable,which can be for the development of the green evaluation system of prefabricated buildings. |
