While China’s economy has maintained rapid growth,the problem of ecological and environmental deterioration has become increasingly prominent.According to statistics,the traditional construction industry accounts for a relatively high proportion in terms of the consumption of energy resources and the degree of damage to the ecosystem.Compared with traditional building technology,prefabricated building is made of finished components and accessories processed by manufacturers and assembled through integrated and efficient construction.It has the advantages of low environmental pollution,high construction efficiency and low energy and resource consumption,which is in line with the development strategy of green building design,construction and industrialization.In order to make the green construction of prefabricated building projects develop continuously and be widely used in China,the problems of construction material saving and material resource utilization must be solved.In lanzhou city JY prefabricated construction project as an example,the project designated as cold area A,public building belongs to cold region,prestressed assembly structure system for steel structure,according to the standard of large steel structure industry,the prestressing assembled steel structure system in the factory,and adopt comprehensive assembled at the scene of A one-time pouring construction technology,processing and assembling related products accessories manufacturer.During the construction,it also involves complex material use problems,such as various kinds of prefabricated parts,huge supply channels,waste of materials,transportation and storage are not in place and so on.Saving material and material resources utilization is green construction one of "four a environmental protection",only when establishing a professional,system of prefabricated housing project of saving material and material resource utilization level evaluation system,to make our for prefabricated housing construction level of green make an accurate judgment,and adjust the related construction plan,improve the level of green construction projects.Research Methods Through literature collection,review domestic and foreign related research literature on material saving and material resource utilization of prefabricated building,to provide comprehensive and systematic theoretical support for research on material saving and material resource utilization in prefabricated building construction process;Through the method of frequency statistics,factor analysis and expert consultation,the material saving factors that meet the requirements of this paper are collected and screened to form an index system.The weight of relevant material saving indexes is calculated by the combination weighting method of ANP method and entropy weight method.Finally,the fuzzy match-element evaluation method is adopted to establish an evaluation model to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the material saving and material resource utilization in green construction of specific prefabricated building projects.By lanzhou JY prefabricated construction project construction characteristics,combining with the relevant requirements and specifications of green construction,establish a finished product material selection,technology support,combination tools to use,waste recycling and material personnel training and management of the five first-level indicators,as well as corresponding 18 secondary index comprehensive evaluation system,and calculate the relevant index weight,finally established through fuzzy matter-element evaluation model,draw lanzhou JY prefabricated construction project of green construction materials saving level as the "qualified",which is very common materials in the green level,according to the evaluation results,Suggestions and rationalization measures are put forward to improve the material saving level of the project.
