Research On The Planning Of Rural Livable Communities

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of my country stated that “the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.” At present,the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development in our country is most prominent in rural areas.In order to solve this problem,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,and put forward the general requirements of "prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized rural customs,effective governance,and rich life".In the context of my country’s vigorous promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the original traditional rural community model cannot satisfy the villagers’ aspirations for a better life,and the construction of rural livable communities has ushered in a new historical opportunity.Compared with traditional rural communities,rural livable communities pay attention to both the planning of material space and the inheritance of community culture.They are a combination of a beautiful living environment,a beautiful natural ecological base,a harmonious humanistic and social relationship,and industrial prosperity and development.How to construct rural livable communities has become an important issue facing my country’s rural planning and construction at this stage.This paper uses field investigation,literature analysis,interviews and other methods to study Songzhuang Village,Puxi Street,Changyuan City,Henan Province,which is located in the plain area.It sorts out the construction situation and current problems of rural communities under the background of rural revitalization,and analyzes the government’s response to rural revitalization.The policy guidance for the planning and construction of livable communities,based on the development reality of Songzhuang Village and the needs of residents,discusses the planning strategies of rural livable communities from the two aspects of human settlements,residential and homesteads,and introduces a co-creation governance model.Through the government,The multi-party cooperation of village collectives,enterprises,experts,and villagers improves the efficiency of rural land use,improves the quality of rural human settlements,promotes the development of rural economy,inherits local culture,and improves the effectiveness of grassroots governance.As a rural livable community construction in the pilot area of land reform,the planning and construction of Songzhuang Village has important exploratory significance and conforms to the trend of high-quality development in my country.The practical experience it forms can provide a useful reference for the planning and construction of rural livable communities in other regions.
