Research On The Optimization Strategy Of The Talent Training Mode Of Local Colleges And Universities Under The Background Of Engineering Accreditation

Engineering education professional certification is a specialized certification carried out in the field of higher education,which aims to improve the quality of engineering talent training in colleges and universities.Engineering education professional certification can realize the docking between engineering education and industry,and is an effective way to improve the quality of engineering talent training.Colleges and universities actively carry out professional certification of engineering education,and currently thousands of majors have passed professional certification.Local colleges and universities are an important force in promoting my country ’ s transformation from a large engineering manufacturing country to a powerful engineering manufacturing country,and an important support for local economic development and industrial upgrading.Local colleges and universities should actively adjust the engineering talent training model,seize the opportunity of engineering education professional certification,and improve The quality level of engineering talent training.This article mainly adopts comparative research,investigation research and case research methods.Based on the analysis framework of talent training mode under the background of professional certification,this paper takes the mechanical specialty of Shandong D College as a specific research case.Using questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews,in contrast to the requirements of professional certification standards,the current situation of local colleges and universities’ engineering talent training model is investigated from four aspects: training objectives,curriculum system,teaching methods and supporting conditions.The questionnaire was analyzed using SPSS 21.0,and the interview content was summarized and coded with NVivo 12 Plus as an auxiliary tool,and it was found that there were problems in its talent training model.In response to the above problems,this article proposes optimization strategies from four aspects: the precise positioning of training goals,the new concept of the curriculum system,the comprehensive reform of teaching methods,and the multi-level construction of supporting conditions.It is necessary to cultivate application-oriented talents who serve the local area,build a curriculum system with practical skills as the core,use modern methods such as online teaching to innovate teaching methods and build a three-level practical education system to improve the quality of engineering talent training in local colleges and universities.
