The Research On The Training Mode Of Undergraduates Of The Major Of Urban Planning In Local Colleges And Universities In Anhui

Urban and Rural Planning is one of the important areas of economic improvement and social development, which undertakes a lot including urban and rural construction, regional development and urbanization, social service in city and countryside and physical planning, etc. Accordingly, the professional education on this particular subject provides a great support and guarantees the personnel training and technology development in urban and rural construction.Since the implementation of the law of the urban and rural planning of PRC, the role and impact of Chinese urban and rural planning in the whole society has undergone steady changes and improvements. The discipline, as a first-level one, has been detached from the traditional discipline of architecture. In front of new social circumstances, graduates from the discipline have been confronting with challenges on their capability and qualifications. Therefore, with the consideration of the current research on rapid urbanization, to study the standard and the mode of personnel training in urban and rural planning area is practically meaningful in pushing forward discipline development and in meeting social needs.This dissertation deployed methods like literature research, questionnaire survey and comparative study. The survey on the Employer, teachers and students of urban planning, the analysis on the knowledge structure, competence construction and overall quality in line with market demand, and the comparison of the training modes of universities and colleges in Anhui of different levels reflects the insufficiency of the practice training and comprehensive cultivation of students in urban planning, leading to a shift from a pure training requirement to a comprehensive one.To conclude, the mode of personnel training on urban planning talents of local universities and colleges in Anhui is to be put forward according to the characteristics, construction and strategy of professional talents training. The basic training mode,"three teaching phase, three teaching modules and one teaching principal line", should be applied in Urban Planning of local universities and colleges in Anhui, to explore a training mode with multidisciplinary intersection and infiltration based on Urban and Rural Planning and Architecture as first-level disciplines.
