| The campus-front space is the connection between the campus and the city.It can not only serve as the city’s intermediary space but also an important functional area in the campus.With the urban development and increasingly improving social requirements,the campus-front space is gradually being taken seriously.At present,the new campuses and universities began to make the corresponding planning and designing to the campus-front space.The colleges and universities which have been built are transforming their design of the space.More and more topics centering on the campus-front space have carried out their research.How to make the function of the campus-front space more perfect,the traffic more convenient,and the space form more abundant and closer to the features of the campus? How to make the space meet user’s activity demand? They are all what need to be solved in present design in the campus-front space.This paper,at first,introduces the basic concept of the campus-front space and its influence factors,and puts forward that the design should meet the needs of teachers and students in the campus-front space based on human behavioral psychology.Through the fundamental analysis on the campus-front space,the paper deeply studies its components and functions.Regarding the design method and behavioral psychology of the campus-front space as an entry point,this paper makes an analysis on the entrance areas,the campus-front areas and the campus-front space in the pre-campus space of Handan City through field investigation,questionnaire and research,and then put forward the disadvantages existed in the campus-front space based on the space design and behavior psychology.And then this paper puts forward the designed and optimized transformation plan of the form,function,transportation and landscape of the campus-front space in the light of the campus-front space and the basic theory of the campus-front space design and behavioral psychology.It can provide a reference for the future design of the campus-front space study. |
