Among the basic national policies implemented in China,family planning is a basic national policy that has been firmly pursued in China for many years,and after years of unremitting efforts,the number of people in China has gradually been effectively controlled,and the total number of people is basically in a more appropriate range,but how to improve the quality of the population is one of the very important issues,and the first problem to be solved to improve the quality of the population is to reduce the birth The first problem to be solved is to reduce the birth defect rate.Studies have shown that in the early stages of pregnancy,the fetal blood is rich in nucleated red blood cells,and that the detection of nucleated red blood cells is one of the most effective prenatal tests that can greatly reduce the possibility of birth defects.At present,there are still some bottlenecks in the prenatal diagnosis of nucleated red blood cells,including slow detection speed,high testing cost and lack of automated equipment,which seriously limit the promotion and application of fetal nucleated red blood cell testing technology in the field of prenatal testing.Therefore,the automation of fetal nucleated erythrocyte testing procedures has become a key issue to be solved in the field of prenatal testing.In this paper,corresponding automated experimental devices are designed for each application scenario in the overall fetal nucleated erythrocyte testing process,as follows.(1)The necessity of fetal nucleated red blood cell detection experiments and the principles and background of the corresponding detection technology are briefly described,the development trend of relevant automated equipment is analyzed,and the basis and content of this paper are proposed.(2)A fully automated magnetically activated sorting device was designed for the application of fetal nucleated red blood cell isolation and enrichment experiments.The device consists of several parts,including system control module,mechanical design module,serial communication module and temperature control module.Among them,the mechanical design adopts a unique rotating base design,which saves space and improves the stability of the overall device.(3)A fully automated immunofluorescence identification device was designed for the application needs of fetal nucleated erythroid-derived cell identification experiments.The core module of the device,the optical unit,has been experimented and designed,and the mechanical and hardware-software parts of the peripheral control devices have been designed and implemented.(4)A fully automated FISH analysis device was designed for the application needs of fetal nucleated red blood cell analysis and detection experiments.Starting from the design and construction of the hardware part,we completed the process including circuit board design and fabrication,program writing,and mechanical structure hardware environment construction.(5)Finally,experimental tests were conducted on all three devices designed.The test results showed that the devices were stable,easy to operate,highly automated and reliable,which greatly improved the quality and efficiency of fetal nucleated red blood cell detection experiments;the devices also greatly improved the utilization rate of experimental reagents and significantly reduced the production cost.All the experimental indicators achieved the expected design goals.
