| At present,with the increasing demand for blood group analysis,the workload of blood group testing in hospitals is also increasing.Automated blood group analysis equipment can solve a large number of specimen data processing problems,standardize and standardize the operation process,and greatly reduce the work of staff The intensity improves the accuracy and specificity of the test and ensures the quality of the blood test.This article takes the research and development process of the electronic system of automatic blood group detection workstation as the main content,and proposes a complete and feasible system design plan.The main research contents of this article include: the design of the single-chip microcomputer system;micro-volume automatic sample addition;centrifugation,vibration and precision positioning technology of micro blood type detection card.The system uses C8051F380 as the core to achieve coordinated control of multiple motors;the use of voltage converter and voltage regulator circuit design meets the voltage use of the driver and control board.Using the design of the liquid level detection circuit,the blood sample is detected during the sampling process.The stepped variable speed motion control of the motor is realized by using the timer interruption of the single chip microcomputer,and the microflow control of the blood sample in the microfluidic detection card is realized by the variable speed motion of the centrifugal motor.By analyzing the movement process of the system,the movement sequence was rationally designed,and the sample addition process between 96 samples and 24 reagent test discs was realized.In order to meet the precision of the sample volume,the purchased micro plunger pump was used to meet the requirements for the precision of sample addition.The use of grooved photoelectric sensors ensures that the position of the motor every time it is reset is consistent.The micro-detection disk has very high precision requirements during centrifugal rotation.The DC servo motor and servo controller are used with high-precision encoders to achieve centrifugation,vibration and rotation positioning of the micro-blood type detection card.Embedded software design,mainly written in C language,around the hardware function design,to achieve the coordination of the actions between the various motors to complete the required actions in the shortest time.Finally,the commissioning of the instrument was completed,and the actions of taking the disc,sampling,adding sample,and centrifuging were successfully achieved.It is proved that the performance index of the control system meets the system design requirements of the automatic blood type detection workstation. |
