Abstract/Summary:
Social development has brought great changes in the quality of life and enhanced universal attention to health.The health of the fetus has gained increasing attention by every pregnant woman,every family and even the society.In recent years,fetal health has gradually become a social hot-topic.At this stage,pregnant women can know the fetal growth through regular pregnancy examination,but it still has no way to ask for more information about fetal health in the daily time.Once the fetus health goes wrong,it is difficult to be found and got effective treatment.So it is particularly important to pay a real-time attention to fetal health in the entire developmental stages.It also meets the psychological needs of pregnant women.Fetal ECG and fetal movement as the most important and most intuitive physiological indicators are very important to the diagnosis of fetal health.Through counting the numbers of daily fetal ECG rate and fetal movement,it can be clear and accurate to judge the health of the fetus.But the fetal ECG signal and fetal movement signal are very weak,so how to collect high-quality fetal ECG and fetal movement signals and get the numbers of fetal heart rate and fetal movement have a significant research value.The research of fetal health monitoring equipment is able to fill the blank of daily fetus health monitoring.Therefore,we have done a certain research for the fetal ECG and fetal movement monitoring equipment.The main works are listed as follows:(1)In this paper,we study the whole development course of fetal monitoring technology,including signal acquisition method,equipment and extraction algorithm,and clarifies the clinical significance of fetal ECG and fetal movement monitoring.And the characteristics and interference factors of the signals are analyzed,and the system design requirements are put forward according to the related characteristics.(2)According to the system design requirements,the design scheme of the hardware system of fetal ECG and fetal movement monitoring system is defined,and the development of the whole equipment prototype is basically completed,including the design of the collection sensor,the hardware circuit,the PCB board and equipment shell,and the program code.(3)According to the design of the hardware acquisition system,the development of the host computer control and display software is carried out to control the work of the equipment and did a real-time display,storage and processing.We use independent component analysis and adaptive filtering algorithm to extract fetal ECG and uses difference threshold algorithm and wavelet transform algorithm to achieve the count of pregnant women heart rate,fetal heart rate and fetal movement.(4)The feasibility and reliability of the prototype are verified by the actual test of the pregnant women.The algorithm is used to analyze the standard data and the real data,which can clarified the validity and accuracy.As can be seen from the test results,the design of the system meets the demands of the basic technical indicators and practical requirements which can provide an effective reference for the development of relevant fetal health monitoring product.
