In recent years, with the accelerating pace of life and life pressure, cardiovascular diseases such as heart disease and high blood pressure have become a threat to people’s health. ECG and blood pressure is important physiological parameter monitoring cardiovascular disease.Due to the sporadic of arrhythmia and the uncertainty of blood pressure measurement, ECG, blood pressure measurement mode to hospital as the center has many disadvantages for the monitoring and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.This paper studies a family-oriented or community hospitals embedded ECG blood pressure meter, which enables ECG and blood pressure be accurately measured at any time, and the results of measurement can be sent to a mobile phone.The main contents covered in this paper are as follows:(1) Discuss the background and significance of research, and describe the development status of ECG analyzer, blood pressure measurement, ECG blood pressure meter and embedded systems.(2) Explain the physiological basis of instrument design, including the characteristics of ECG and blood pressure signals and the physiological mechanism, the system’s overall function is put forward, and the structural design of the system is completed.(3) Design a embedded hardware system with the core of STM32, including ECG preprocessing module, blood pressure preprocessing module, embedded core control module, the human-computer interaction module and communication module, which provides a hardware foundation for the realization of system functions.(4) Adopt μC/OS-II operating system as the core of embedded system software to achieve the function of three mode measurement. In the ECG measurement mode, through the improvement of the existing threshold algorithm, the dynamic differential threshold improves the accuracy of R wave recognition, Heart rate calculation and common analysis of the four kinds of arrhythmia are realized. In the blood pressure measurement mode, the calculation of the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse parameters are achieved.In the ECG and blood pressure measurement model, not only the measurement of ECG and blood pressure are realized, but also the RPI parameters (distance between R wave of ECG and P wave of blood pressure) is extracted, which initially react the degree of vessel elasticity. The measurement results of above three modes can be sent by the remote communication module to the mobile phone.(5) The function of system and index of associated hardware modules are tested. The results show that, the time constant of ECG signal pretreatment module is more than 3.2s, The noise of the system is less than 30uμV, common-mode rejection ratio is greater than 89dB, the indicators in line with the relevant provisions. The standard deviation of heart rate measurement results and the actual value is less than 0.5, the standard deviation of Blood pressure measurement results and the actual value is less than 1.5. The accuracy of heart rate and blood pressure measuring system is high.
