With the improvement of the people’s living standards and the growing concept of eugenics and post-natal care,people’s demand for health monitoring is increasing,and the health problems of pregnant women and fetuses have become the focus of society.Fetal heart rate monitoring is an important means of fetal health monitoring,which can effectively protect the health of the fetus and pregnant women.The traditional fetal heart rate monitoring method cannot achieve continuous day-by-day monitoring.Home fetal heart rate monitors have emerged and are widely used.However,pregnant women often lack professional clinical knowledge.In the process of using the fetal heart rate monitor,they often cannot find a suitable fetal heart rate measurement position,which leads to problems such as large errors in the detected fetal heart rate and blurred fetal heart sounds.Form an effective fetal heart rate monitoring.Therefore,this paper designs and implements an ultrasound Doppler fetal heart rate monitor with fetal heart position guidance,which realizes the function of searching the fetal heart position,and can guide the user to find a suitable fetal heart measurement position,and solve the problem of fetal heart rate measurement.Problems such as large error in fetal heart rate counting and blurring of fetal heart rate caused by improper measuring position.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Research and design the ultrasound probe of fetal heart rate monitor.The ultrasonic sound field distribution and vibration mode of piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer are studied,and the design scheme of ultrasonic transducer with wide sound field is proposed.The ultrasound probe was designed and an ultrasound Doppler fetal heart detection method containing multi-directional information was proposed,which laid the foundation for the guidance of the fetal heart position.(2)Research and propose the feature extraction algorithm of fetal heart distance.By analyzing the influence of the fetal heart distance on the characteristics of the fetal heart signal,the autocorrelation function-based periodic feature,coefficient of variation feature,effective energy ratio feature and power spectrum entropy feature are extracted in the time domain and frequency domain respectively.The optimal weighting method is used to weight and fuse the above four fetal heart distance features to obtain features that can effectively and stably reflect the fetal heart distance,which provides a basis for fetal heart position guidance.(3)Research and propose a fetal heart position guidance algorithm based on fetal heart distance feature extraction.First,a static fetal heart rate calculation method is proposed,which includes the fetal heart distance eigenvalue vector method,the difference method and the proportion method.The results of the three methods are combined to determine the fetal heart position and combined with dynamic measurement to improve the method.Greatly improve the accuracy of the calculation of the fetal heart position.Finally,a fetal heart position guidance strategy is proposed based on the above-mentioned fetal heart position calculation method,which realizes the guidance of the best fetal heart measurement position.Through the test on the simulated fetal heart rate experimental platform,it is verified that the fetal heart rate meter has a larger detection range of fetal heart rate,which can guide the user to find a suitable fetal heart rate measurement location,and solve the problem caused by inappropriate fetal heart rate measurement location.Problems such as large errors in fetal heart rate counting and fuzzy fetal heart sounds meet the needs of pregnant women for effective fetal monitoring at home.
