Fetal heart rate detection is an important part of perinatal fetal health test.Realtime and effective prenatal monitoring of perinatal women can not only ensure baby's healthy,but also greatly reduce maternal and infant mortality.The change of fetal heart rate reflects the healthy condition of the fetus in the maternal environment.The abnormal fetal heart rate often indicates that the fetus has hypoxia in uterus.If there is no continuous intervention,the fetus asphyxia will occur and will die in uterus.According to the antenatal care survey in China,with economic and geographical reasons,the rate of antenatal care is not high,especially in remote and poor areas.Most of the existing fetal detectors are contact detection devices,with high cost and cannot meet the demand of remote and poor perinatal women.In this paper analyze and study non-contact fetal heart rate detection algorithm based on video,with the hope that monitors fetal heart rate through smart phones,help people reduce medical costs,provide convenient and readily available fetal heart rate monitoring means.Firstly,the non-contact heart rate detection is realized based on Eulerian video magnification.The blood pulse signal is extracted by photoelectric volume pulse wave recording method,and the suitable parameters for non-contact heart rate detection are determined.The accuracy of non-contact heart rate detection is verified by experiments.The consistency between the heart rate measured by this algorithm and the heart rate measured by traditional hand ring detection is within 95%consistency range.On the basis of the existing heart rate detection algorithm,improve the robust measurement ability under weak fetal heart rate detection signal and large noise interference.This paper Researches The factors affecting the accuracy of fetal heart rate detection: color space domain and video length are analyzed and compared.The results show that in Lab color space domain,video detection accuracy of about25 s is the highest.the application program is developed to realize the non-contact fetal heart rate detection algorithm proposed in this paper,which supported by the ordinary computer and camera with Qt and Open CV...
