Study On The Coordinated Development Of Urban Resilience And Urbanization Level About Jilin Province In Temporal And Spatial

It is a crucial evaluation that the coupling coordination development of urban resilience and urbanization level in temporal and spatial for sustainable and high-quality development in region.In the process of urbanization,the promotion of urbanization level could enhance urban resilience effectively,at the same time,the improvement of urban resilience can deal with the uncertainties efficiently and form a better environment for urbanization.Jilin is an important industry base area in Northeast,China,with predominant location conditions and abundant natural resources,socio-economic had developed rapidly,the level of urbanization higher than national average at some time in the past.However,with globalization,marketization,and the strategy of “T-shaped” developing,the speed of economic development had declined relatively.Since 2004,implemented the strategy of "Revitalizing Northeast China",the economy and society has improved gradually in Jilin,while it has been reflected that the ability to handle environmental issues,population issues and withstand uncertain risks is insufficient.Therefore,in this paper,researching the evolution characteristics of coordination about urban resilience and urbanization level and exploring influencing factors have a significance for us to understand the achievements and problems comprehensively in Jilin.Based on the above,we construct the urbanization level system and the urban resilience system in Jilin Province respectively,analyzing the evolution and differentiation characteristics of coupling coordination about urban resilience and urbanization level in temporal and spatial by entropy method,coupling coordination degree model and spatial analysis tools.Then,exploring the influencing factors of regional coordinated development level and the differences by means of multi-distance stepwise regression and geographically weighted regression model.The results show that:(1)In urbanization system,economic urbanization index and urban-rural coordination index play a pillar role.From 2005 to 2019,in urbanization level,Changchun ranks first in temporal.The spatial-temporal differentiation pattern of urbanization level is stable relatively.Agglomeration characteristic is obvious,high-value areas covered in Changchun and Jilin core and Yanji and Tumen core.(2)In resilience system,social resilience and economic resilience dominate the evaluation of urban resilience.while the core cities(Changchun and Jilin)up to high point,and the low resilience cities in marginal area.In 2019,it has formed the pattern that low-value area in northwest to southeast distribution.(3)The coupling index is rising from 2005 to 2019 continually,and there are significant "rich club convergence" in spatial;the coordination index shows a fluctuating upward trend,with a random distribution in spatial;the coupling coordination degree showing upward trend continually,as the same as coordination index,with a random distribution.The highly coupling coordinated area only Changchun City.(4)In distribution types,the classification of coupling and coordinated is stable relatively,with moderate maladjusted mainly.(5)By means of multi-distance stepwise regression and geographically weighted regression model,we discovered marketization,per capita fiscal expenditure and informatization have positive correlation on the coupling coordination degree.(6)At last,we put forward some suggestions to improve urbanization and urban resilience coordinated development.The full text is divided into six chapters:Chapter I,introduction.Mainly summarize five aspects about research background,significance,goals and research contents.Chapter Ⅱ,summarizing the relevant developments about urban resilience and urbanization level at home and abroad,defining the connotation and introducing theoretical basis.Chapter Ⅲ,constructing index system about urbanization and resilience respectively,and introducing evaluation method.Mainly introducing data sources,processing methods,and application models.Chapter Ⅳ,there is an introduction about research area,analyzing the development status about urbanization and resilience respectively and briefly.Based on the four years data about 2005,2010,2015 and 2019,analyzing the pattern of coupling coordination development of urban resilience and urbanization level.Chapter Ⅴ,analyzing influence factors and make suggestions to promote coupling coordinated level.We select factors from eight aspects: total output value(about agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery),total grain output,marketization index,service industry ratio,social security and employment take the share of GDP,per capita fiscal expenditure,highway network density and informatization index,and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coupling coordinated development of urban resilience and urbanization level upwards for Jilin Province from reality.Chapter Ⅵ,conclusion and prospect.Summarizing the main conclusions of the text,and look forward to future research directions.
