Urban infrastructure construction is the backbone of urban development and an important path for the realization of a new type of urbanization.Complete infrastructure construction plays an important role in promoting the level of urban resilience, and the enhancement of urban resilience also provides space for urban infrastructure construction. In the context of the current era when building resilient cities has become a national strategy, how to promote the coordinated development of urban resilience and infrastructure construction, and realize the coupling and interaction between urban resilience and infrastructure construction,is a scientific problem faced by current research, and it is also a scientific issue for future construction of resilient cities.Realizing the practical problems that need to be solved urgently to achieve sustainable development. This article takes the city as a whole in 31 province-level administrative regions in China’s mainland as the research object Based on the establishment of an evaluation index system for urban resilience and infrastructure construction level, this paper evaluates and analyzes the urban resilience and infrastructure construction level of China;based on coupling coordination theoretical construction of the coupling coordination degree model, and the analysis of spatio-temporal evolution, using Geoda software to conduct Moran’s I index spatial autocorrelation test, measuring and analyzing the urban resilience and infrastructure construction level and the coupling between the two from different geographic scales coordinating relations. The main conclusions are as follows:①Chinese urban resilience is increasing steadily. Most provinces have seen a significant increase in urban resilience levels, with the largest increase in the resilience index of Guangdong Province reaching 21.80%;the spatial distribution presents a pattern of "Eastern>Central>West>Northeast".②The level of infrastructure construction is generally not high but is showing a steady upward trend, with an average annual growth rate of 7.24%,and the spatial distribution presents a non-equilibrium gradient distribution pattern of high east and low west.③The overall development trend of the coordination between urban resilience and infrastructure construction level is good, but the coordination level is low,and it is in the transitional stage from primary coordination to intermediate coordination;there are obvious regional differences in spatial distribution, forming"the east is strong and the west is weak. The distribution pattern of "decreasing in order to the north".④The global distribution of urban resilience and the level of infrastructure construction level coupling and coordination has a significant positive correlation, and the spatial distribution presents a hierarchical agglomeration phenomenon;the local distribution presents a significant non-equilibrium spatial distribution characteristic, and the overall space is connected in the eastern region. The phenomenon of patch distribution has a strong spatial spillover effect.Based on this, this article puts forward targeted strategies and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of urban resilience and infrastructure construction,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical contributions for the construction of resilient cities in my country and the realization of sustainable development. |
