As the highest quality green open space in urban construction land,the park is an important supply end that meets the people’s needs for a better recreational life in the new era.In the long-term urbanization development process,there is a close connection and complex interaction between parks and urban construction land.At present,China is in a critical period of urbanization transformation and development.Consolidating the urban ecological foundation and optimizing land allocation are important goals for urban green and sustainable development.Scientific research and judgment on the evolution of the coupling and coordination level of parks and construction land is conducive to comprehensively revealing the allocation status of urban development and ecological environment,and accurately focusing on urban high-quality construction methods.The research takes "the coupling and coordination relationship between parks and land use" as the breakthrough point,and the inland-cities and above in China as the research unit.The basic research idea of "concept definition-quality evaluation-level researchcomprehensive regulation" is used to construct parks and construction land.The comprehensive evaluation index system uses the comprehensive evaluation model to measure the development quality of parks and construction land,and on this basis,uses the Coupling Coordination Degree Model to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution of the coupling coordination relationship between parks and construction land from 1996 to 2018.Research indicates:1)The comprehensive development level of parks and construction land:(1)The comprehensive development level of parks and urban construction land showed a fluctuating growth from 1996 to 2018."Service level" and "total number of parks" are the main factors promoting and restricting the comprehensive development level of parks.The "land use structure" and "land use scale" respectively have a late-promoting effect and a continuous restraining effect on the comprehensive development level of land use.(2)The comprehensive development level of the four major regional parks shows a decreasing development trend in the east,west,northeast,central;the comprehensive development level of construction land shows the characteristics of regional differences in the east,northeast,west,and central regions in order of decreasing.The “total amount of parks” and the “scale of land use” respectively led the increase in the comprehensive development level of regional parks and construction land.(3)The comprehensive development level of urban parks of each density presents the distribution characteristics of low,high,and medium-density cities;the comprehensive development level of construction land shows a pattern of regional differences of high,low,and medium-density successively decreasing "park service level" and "land structure" respectively This leads to the regional imbalance in the comprehensive development level of regional parks and construction land.2)Coupling and coordination level of parks and construction land:(1)China’s parks and construction land show a development trend of "high-intensity coupling-low-level coordination".The coupling effect of the two continues to decrease,and the level of coupling coordination has improved from a moderately dysfunctional decay state to a mildly dysfunctional decay state.The coupling and coordination relationship between the two mainly promoted is by the "park service level" and "land structure".(2)The coupling and coordination degree of parks and built-up land in the four major regions shows the characteristics of decreasing regional differences in the east,west,central and northeast.The coupling and coordination relationship between the two shows a gradual optimization of "coastal→ inland" dominated by the growth of the comprehensive development level of built-up land.Distribution pattern.(3)The degree of coupling and coordination between parks and construction land in each density city is characterized by a high-density,mediumdensity,and low-density stepped development."Park pattern" and "land structure" are the dominant controlling factors for the coupling and coordination level of parks and construction land.The research is based on "coupling and coordination relationship between parks and construction land",clarifying the mechanism of action between parks and construction land under a unified framework,and analyzing the evolution of the temporal and spatial pattern of the coupling and coordination relationship between the two,which will help to correctly understand the relationship between parks and construction land. |
